Nice stay but please get new pillows

Nice property. Enjoyed the spacious suite. The staff is very friendly, although like everywhere a little short on staff. The biggest complaint was none of my family got a good night rest. The pillows are terrible. They are so firm your heads are in a constant upright propped up position. The mattresses are a little soft too. When we would toss and turn (pillow) the mattress literally jiggled like a water bed.

Not good

The hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and renovations. The room had stained furniture and carpets. Just looked lousy for the money we spent. Also, Valet only parking for $29 a night and also, changing the free breakfast to $23 a person. And, on top of that a $35 a day resort fee. Plenty of nicer places to stay. The location doesn’t make up for the lack of service and the fees.

Horrible Stay Expirence

Horrible upgrade room, torn curtain and privacy curtain track broken so where curtain couldn't fully close. Broken room lamp wouldn't work as well. Very worn bed. It was a horrible stay expirence.

Nice and comfortable

The hotel is very nice and conditions are good however to our room needs a little better cleaning everything else was great and comfy. I wish they have a self parking area because the valet parking is expensive.

Not the best

We needed room service. We needed esxtra blankets. We tried dialing from the phone in the room. We would get disconnected or no answer. Each time we would have to go down to the front desk to ask. We never got any info on wifi. Bedding had brown spots on them.

Just ok

This hotel is ok for its price. You don’t get a good vibe, everything is super old. Plus their valet is managed so poorly. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes, this is due to management not having enough staff. Valet folks were literally running to make up for that. You’d expect since they are charging you for valet you’d be able to call them up from your room before you come down, nope !

This hotel is getting really bad!

Not recommend this hotel anymore! No sled parking option, no breakfast even continental, dirty glasses in room with lipstick stains, shower water had alternated between hot and cold! Expensive resort fees!

Money, money, and money!

Every thing is charge nowadays, be aware! Have to pay to park the car, Tahoe sounds like Hawaii now, and that is ridiculous! $35 resort daily fee plus 14% tax on top of that.

One night stay

This hotel definitely needs updating badly. Rooms were comfortable, but pools and spa were in bad shape (usable but very worn out). The phone in the bedroom didn’t work, and there were no electrical outlets on each side of the beds. I had a medical device to plug in that I could not (there was an outlet if you were able to get behind the bed). The mini refrigerator did not get cold, so we had to fill up the sink with ice to keep our perishables cold. I would say it’s ok if you are only staying one night, it’s right next door to the casinos.
