Asked for a new room because the bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes. Had to go up three more floors to get the exact same room. Why not the same floor or lower? No USB charging access was something I was not prepared for. I believe there’s opportunity for improvement there. The pillows are awful. I still can’t turn my neck to the left because of the poor sleep I had last week. Even though it was known I was staying all week, I had to ask for dining recommendations. Just didn’t seem invited and valued.

This is the worst place to book they never told me I had to pay a 50$ damage fee when we haven’t even checked in yet

The hotel staff was extremely friendly but the room itself was a little disappointing the pull out couch had pee stains so our daughter wasn’t able to use it and had to sleep on it as a couch. For our bed two of the pillows were stained and we were unable to use them. There was also leftover Cheerios from the previous guest throughout the room that made it seem like our room wasnt fully cleaned prior to our check in. We might come back and give it a second chance since the customer service was exceptional but please try to clean up the rooms a little better.

The hitwl staff is pleasant but there are no services offered by the hotel dur yo covid but the corporate office told me there was a h9t breakafast and a restaurant. Dissappinting to find out at check in there isnt Also. Another guest booked a room same night for 68.00 and i was charged 84.00. There are only two floors with ice machines, which one of them didnt work .was unplugged The tv only has a few chanels... not up to pat with competitors in the area.i will not stay there again

Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet. Also, the local area is nice.

Hotel room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff and guests followed rules of wearing masks while walking in lobby and halls. Very pleased with this stay, will return.

The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff did their best to offer breakfast Covid style! We were in town for a wedding and were very pleased with the hotel for the cost and location.
