Good budget stay in a convenient location

Basic, clean, affordable accommodations for our ski trip to Snowmass. Room comfort could be better. Walls and ceilings don't have good noise insulation, and we could hear a crying baby across the hall and barking dogs a couple doors down. Bathrooms are cramped, and both towels and bedding are thin and not very high quality—if a thicker comforter or heavier blanket were provided (we stayed in winter), we could keep the heat lower at night, and the hotel would save money. Also, I would choose the highest floor next time. The basement 'garden level' where we were felt a bit 'tucked under,' and we could hear all the noise of people walking around in the room just above us. Still, the price was right, and I would return for that.

Not bad, not Rad!

In my opinion $160 per night is a bit high for this hotel, but given it was the week between Christmas and New Year's it was the best rate around. Everything was good, but nothing was exceptional, pretty much met my expectations. I would stay there again.

Green Lush Grass

hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. In a very convienent location for us. Really loved the green, GREEN, lush grass! we miss seeing green grass like that :)

CO getaway

Not clean at all

After check in the first room I was given had hair and make up on the pillows. Asked for a different room. That one had garbage left from the last guests, dog food on the floor and hair in the bathroom. Was given a third room that also had hair on pillows, but I gave up since it was late and I needed a room. Would not stay again. Hard to believe cleanliness was so poor especially given COVID. Asked for a discount and was not offered anything despite the situation. Very disappointing.

Worst hotel experience ever.

They first put us in a disgusting room. It was really old and looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom just had a sink coming out of the wall and a metal strip to the side of it to put stuff on. The shower was also old and outdated. When you turned on the bathroom light it had a really loud horrible sound that would go until you turned it off. To top it off there was a bug crawling on the floor in there. In the main room, the lamp didn’t work at all. When we asked for a refund or to change rooms they said they couldn’t refund and there were no rooms left. The only option was that we can pay for a upgrade. We went back a few mins later and said we will pay to upgrade and they magically had another room to switch us into. They might have been trying to give us a bad room because we had a small dog? The new room looked much better and updated but also didn’t seem really clean and the AC smelt horrible! The towels were super small and thin even for a small person. And to think I paid $180 for this hotel.... not worth it!
