Amazing hotel in every way.

Traveled here from in-state for an anniversary getaway. Everything was great--from friendly employees to an amazing view! The only suggestion I might make is to have some down-alternative comforters. This trip, I found out I was allergic to the bedding. I was really surprised they didn't already use down-alternative bedding, but staff was very helpful in bringing us a couple throw blankets to use instead. What we really appreciated besides the view was that there was a full mini-fridge (which is surprisingly difficult to find at hotels), perfect for snacks and drinks. Another plus was on-site parking. Although it's not any cheaper than any other parking garages, they give guests a card to use where you have the option to go in and out without paying every time. Definitely a relaxing stay and highly recommended!

Booked more for location. Room was ok, minor scratches and cracks on walls & furniture. No special finishing touches considering it’s listed as a luxe hotel. Ac/heat unit was noisy.

The hotel was nice. The only thing I wish they had were guest to have access to microwaves

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. First and foremost, the tv in the room didn’t properly work. Apparently Chromecast was down throughout the hotel, but the cable connection also constantly cut in and out. The table and chairs in the room didn’t look properly sanitized as we found crumbs and stains throughout. We were also wedged in between two other guests. One of them blared their music for hours, so receiption did move us to another room. However, the room we were moved to was a bit smaller (including the bed) and much dirtier ultimately feeling like we downgraded. Used and stained robes, clogged sink, dirty vents in the bathroom. The tv in this room was completely down, and we had to fix it ourselves. Once we got it to work, same issue with spotty cable connection leaving it useless. It was also mounted crooked on the wall for some odd reason. Everything just seemed disoriented and organized. The only positive that made up for the less than disappointing experience was Chris at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming upon our arrival. Unfortunately we most likely won’t be staying here again due to all these inconviences just accumulating throughout our stay.

$48 for a night of parking seems a little steep.

Another trip in to see my daughter. It is perfectly located; I really can't wait until COVID is over so that I can enjoy room service again and go to their new restaurant Lucie.
