Wont stay

Great check in , but did not end up staying an hr due to cleanliness & leaking shower

You get what you pay for..

When I first walked up to the lobby, they keep the door locked. I didn’t know until someone that was staying there told me to call them through a phone on the other wall. They didn’t answer for 10 minutes. As far as the room, It was a nice cozy room from what it looked like, but when I stepped into the room the floors were sticky and a moth was already in the room. The bed was so hard that it hurt my back. The only benefit out of it all was that it has a mini kitchen and the shower was decent.

Worst night ever

The staff on site was beyond lovely, but the condition of this Extended Stay was by far the worst I've ever stayed in. In my first room, the carpet was sticky to walk on, there were food in the refrigerator left from the previous guest and the telephone in the room was sticky with god knows what and had food crumbs. It was also awfully noisy with the freeway noise. The staff did help us change our room and the second one was slightly better. But it was really dated, worse than some motels, and both rooms, the sheets had human hair on it (idk if it were from previous guests of their washing machines couldn't clean it properly). We were too tired to ask for a 3rd switch so we stayed in the second room. But we were woken up at 4am with some other guests playing loud music and another guest screaming at the other one to turn down their music. The bed was so springy, it was uncomfortable and one of us got bit (not sure if it was bedbugs). I've always liked the Extended Stay Suites series and they are my preferred choice of accommodation for visits, but dang, this Bakersfield one was rough.

Won’t stay there again.

The TV volume didn’t work. The refrigerator had a horrible smell. The plate in the microwave didn’t fit. On Saturday night there was loud music in the parking lot and lots of noise. When we said something they said that we should have called the lobby because they have security never saw them and wondered why they didn’t hear it. Also we couldn’t call because the phone was disconnected.

Disappointed

I will never book a room at that place again

I was not able to stay because of hotel policy . I lost my id . It was late and I felt like I was intruding on night staff. The clerk was rude and very unsimpathatic. And I still got charged to stay there. Wow what a night mare.

One bad night

First of all the all-axis shower curtain was short so when I took the shower water was all over the floor. The drawers were the TV sat behind it was a mess four spoons paper etc have fallen behind the drawers I moved it because my card to the room fell back there. As far as the noise we had the freeway was too close so I heard the cars all night. Thank you
