unit was full of cockroaches big and small running out of cracks in the bathroom wall

Stayed 5 nights bed was made only one time in the last night. Only 2 pillows on the bed, which was not comfortable. Bugs on the floor, room in overall bad condition....walls etc. One good thing in my 1st floor shower there was great water pressure.

From check to check out it was easy and pleseant. At first we thought the AC was loud but it was awesome to block any outisde noise and we slept great. The staff gave us fresh towels everyday (extras as needed) and picked up the trash bins. We will stay here again.

The rooms are in desperate need of repair. The toilet ran almost constantly, and the built in hand bar on the tub/shower was missing and replaced with door stops. The air conditioner was very loud and wasn’t cooling well. Under the beds looked like it had been a month since they were swept under. The mattresses were thin and hard. Not a comfortable sleep at all. The price was reasonable for what we got I guess.

I have stayed there for almost 2 months every weekend, this last trip was by far the worse experience I have had. Dont know what what going on this time but I was disappointed.

Clean, friendly, quick check in. Nice for the price that was paid.

Nice room for the price, room was clean and staff was professional.

I had stains on my sheets, some towels werw stained and torn. First room air did not work, I stayed there before and this is by far the most disappointed I've been.

Neither one of our cards would open the door. The evening manager treated me like I was stupid and came up to check the door. Apparently there was a "trick" to opening the door that he discovered after multiple attempts. Should not be that difficult to get in your room. The outside of the facility was pretty rough looking and the walkway had re bar showing through. Also, there is no sign on off of the main road pointing you to the hotel (Econo Lodge had one). Won't likely ever stay in a Red Roof Inn again.
