Great hotel

Great stay. Beds are amazing. I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was so good.

Overall I would recommend this place

The hotel was beautiful, it had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was a close to restaurants and the breakfast downstairs is a must try when you are here. The only thing i wish they had was a microwave in the room. I had to go to a different floor to heat up my food. I only had 2 issues, one was valet and the other was the pet policies. The valet is not through the hotel, its another company. I had a valet employee smoke in my car and once i got in the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The hotel supervisor helped us out and the manager from valet called us and gave us a refund for one night. Now in regards to the pet policy, my family decided to go to the pool a couple nights and then we see a dog wandering around the pool area. It wasn't on a leash a couple times. The pet owner didn't put the dog back on a leash or in the bag it was in until my husband said something. Either than that, this hotel was nice.

Omni -Richmond a great visit

Beautiful hotel. Well appointed. Pet's welcome in all areas and restaurants. Great location

Not worth the money

Parking was to expensive and late night valet took forever to get out car. The hotel restaurant was undermanned and rude. They told us to seat ourselves and they’d get to us when they got to us.

Central Richmond hotel with comfy beds

A little high of an incidental hold for a Richmond hotel that’s not the Jefferson but otherwise great downtown/shockoe hotel. Beds super comfortable and very central and walkable location. Helpfulness of the staff was hit or miss but none were rude, just a few times seemed not that interested in assisting or being bothered (front desk staff). I would stay here again nonetheless

Staff members were very helpful. Even had a band-aid for me. Rooms were clean. Restaurants around the hotel were great.
