Great staycation!

Great, modern, but comfortable feeling hotel. The guest rooms are big and most have a great view of Irving and the lake. They have a great pool area with a good restaurant and pool staff. In the late afternoon the sun peaks behind the hotel which provides a little shade and a break from the heat. Love this hotel!

Awesome Stay

Great place to relax with my husband. Enjoyed great food and drinks at the hotel restaurant and bar! Loved the view from our very clean and comfortable room!

Costly drinks.

The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Lack of recycling options was a miss. All the additional fees was a disappointment and the cost of drinks at the pool and restaurant were very high.

Great customer service.

Very nice hotel with amazing customer service. I forgot a suit in the closet and they took the time to find it and put it somewhere safe until i could return to pick it up Also recieved free drink tickets and enjoyed the pool area. Overall, very good experience.

Great stay!!

It was a great one night stay! The location is awesome! We didn’t use it but the pool looked amazing overlooking the lake. Everything from check-In to check-out was perfect!

Beautiful room / service not so good

My husband and I visited the location for our 13th wedding anniversary. I call in hours ahead of time to have a bottle of champagne and desert delivered before we arrived. Once we arrived we noticed there was nothing placed in our room. It was to be the ONLY surprise for our anniversary and it was ruined. We did eventually receive the bottle and desert but only after arriving into our room. Secondly, my husband and I were surprisingly interrupted on our last afternoon there. We received a knock on our door from security. When I opened the door, the lady mentioned that she believed we were smoking, and that smoke was filling the halls and if we were we would be fined and or removed. My husband and I were not smoking in the room, neither did we receive any fines for any room damages. Once we went to check out, same lady was at check out. There were two families being helped and the lady walked from behind the counter up to us to see what we needed. We were in line and didn’t understand why she was walking up to us. Shortly after she asked my husband about his hat, stated that she was from the same town he was and that, being from there meant she had confirmation that he was smoking. This was also not true. I am offended that we were treated as criminals on our anniversary weekend. She said this in front the guests that were checking in. She said “ Now I know y’all were doing what I thought you were.” We are offended by this and embarrassed. Entire anniversary ruined. Thx.

Nice Room and Great Location

The Omni was perfectly located for what we wanted. We enjoyed the lake and nearby restaurants. The room was huge, which was very nice. It was clean. We wish it had a microwave. We also wished it had more than just four hangers in the closet and more waste baskets. It had a small recycle compartment in one of the two small waste baskets, which was not enough for us to dispose of our bottles, cans, and paper. Overall, I would recommend the Omni.
