Not expected for a delta hotel.

Our room had a musty smell like clothes that had been left in the washer for days. The service at the bistro was poor. We had to wait about 20 minutes to have our order taken. The waitress did not offer us water. I ordered a meal to bring to our room and asks for it to be prepared and brought to us when we finished eating. This meal was brought to us with our meals and therefore was left until we returned to our room. The take out meal was missing sausages that we ordered. The bill for our meal was brought to our table five minutes after we started eating our meal.

Update the plumbing!

The water stopped up in the tub. Tub was not draining well.

Hotel was in a decent location for walking down to old port area. Hotel was definitely a bit rundown and tired. Signage broken/ hanging from ceilings, carpets frayed in hallways to rooms, paint peeling/ chipped throughout. Our room upon checkin was hot and ac didn’t kick on so we tried to call down to let someone know but the phone was also broke. They switched us to a new room which was nice and efficient. Tried to get breakfast both days we were there and the line to the half full restaurant was very long both times- am assuming staffing issues. Definitely not up to any marriott standards I’m used to but not a terrible place for the price.

Outdated and run-down hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is outdated and in poor condition. Furniture was falling apart, the flooring was peeling, and the windows were dirty. The amenities were very limited, and staff was difficult to reach by phone. Our visit was only rescued by the fact that the location is central to many locations we wanted to visit.

Good overall and close to Old Quebec city Small issues like parking garage gate would not open on last day with lineup Looks like its been renovated recwntly but notes that Floor needed to be fixed on 2 spots and fahcet was very loose in the small bathrooml n
