the location is amazing, 100 metter from subway, walking distance anywhere. good location for shopping.nice breakfast ,small but high quality.the broblem is the room- they have only big bad and if you come with a friend you have to share the bad with him.what kind of hotel dont have option for 2 small bads??? the room is really big and nice .the reception is not working 24/7 and sometimes there is no one to talk with iof yoyu need help.they have an attitude in the reception and the welcome we got was so cold- we arrived at 1130 ...and they ask us why we came early.thats not the way for a warm welcome...you can be nice even if the room is not ready...

revisit of the mandala suite. last visit was superb. quality of apartment this time was as expected. no surprise. location was very good and convenient. housekeeping was not good though. trash bin was not working with the hinge for 3 days without anyone try to fix it. had to pull trash bin with my hands. dishes were put into dishwasher without cleaning. never happened with other hotel apartments i stayed before. i even spotted the hand towel in toilet came with yellow stain. i wonder if any proper housekeeping training was offered.

We stayed at the Mandala Suites for 1 week and it suited us perfectly. The location is central and walking distance (15 - 25 minutes) from almost everything. Otherwise, 2 different metro stops are around the corner. The mini apartment was clean, the bed was comfy (I like a firm mattress) and there was tons of space for two people to spread out. The kitchen is stocked enough (after we bought dishsoap, it was indicated that we put our dishes in the Dishwasher rather than hand washing - not practical). Also, as stated, the living room furniture is dated and the 2 TVs are small and stand alone. However, that honestly didn’t detract much from our experience as the space was so roomy and sleek. The staff was lovely and helpful and the housekeeping was well executed. An issue worth mentioning is that the Breakfast is a cold breakfast. Available for breakfast is musli with several options for yogurt, cold cuts and bread... lots of it. So, if bread is not your thing, I would not recommend the breakfast. Otherwise, there’s nice cheese and jam to go on the bread. There’s also the option of a hard boiled egg so if you’re picky about eggs, you would be better off without the paid breakfast option. Over all, we had a great experience and would recommend!

After several satisfactory days, we came back to the hotel to find that room service had not been provided, despite having left the sign on the door requesting that the room be made up (and for the reader’s interest, we had been leaving tips out for the cleaning staff). I simply reported the problem and requested some clean towels for the evening. The person at reception simply said that this should not have happened, then looked at me blankly. The same thing happened the following day. I reported the problem again (to a different reception person), and requested the room be made up asap, which I was assured would happen immediately. After an hour, I again went to reception, expressed my disappointment (to a third person) that nothing had happened, and requested the room NOT be made up, as my wife needed a rest and I wanted to use the bathroom to clean up after a day out walking. Three-quarters of an hour later, there was a loud knock on the door, which was then opened and a raised voice saying it was room service. As my wife was trying to sleep, I leapt out of the bath, threw on a towel and went out to explain we no longer wanted room service, as it was too late. The reception staff only paid lip service to the problems, and clearly did not communicate with the service staff. I was promised material compensation, but absolutely nothing happened. Such a pity! The physical suite and facilities were fine, but the management totally incompetent.

The suites were located in a good central and safe location. Free laundry available in the basement was a huge bonus. Paid parking available under the hotel. Breakfast was nice but very slow service. Tiny amounts were available on plates which kept running out, eggs and juice was available on request but it took ages to come out, and orders were often forgotten. Rooms were large with good amenities but felt dated, particularly the corridors along the wing.

Great location, public transportation rt out door and easy walking to many areas...Great staff...lovely breakfast on 8th floor in attractive room with view. Again, very professional, well trained yet friendly breakfast staff. Extremely spacious accommodations were appreciated for a nine day stay. Quiet room and comfortable bed made for perfect choice. Highly recommend this property.

The rooms were great. They have limited staff. There is no room service or any bell boy to take luggage to the room. The bathrooms are very tiny and the shower system is terrible. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates. The kitchen is great and has a dishwasher which is very convenient. The rooms have a balcony.

For a property of this sort there were unforgivable things such as a shampoo and shower gel both in one. No conditioner available. Really bad hairdryer. The interior is dated and needs fixing, light not working, broken mirror. No full body mirror. Breakfast was a disaster. We asked for warm options the waiter said they only had boiled eggs - he mixed up our orders. Although he was the only pleasant thing about the whole breakfast. Buffet was very poor and pretty empty. Not more than 5 slices of ham at a time. Light in the bathroom was always on, we couldn't switch it off. Lack of electric outlets by the bed.

Was rather mediocre. No basic things like - 24 hours reception, ironing board was in some remote corner on -1 floor, no room service. Was a good sized room and well kept but could do with better service overall
