It did not have untensils . Could not get the air on corectly .one bar of used soap . Water came all out the shower when showering all into the fornt door of kentchen . We arrive early would not let us check in 1 hour early .no carts to take luggage up.to room .

Location is great . Close to restaurants Businesses. The only problem is the Cleaning. No disinfecting or anything like it. Bathroom & shower without hand soap bars.

The rooms were excellent and the pricing was great. I don't like how I'm never made aware of deposits when using this site.

Key card didn’t work to get to the elevator. Gentlemen had to come around and finally got it to work. Made me feel dumb. Went to room and it wasn’t clean so had to go down stairs. Gave me a different room. Card to get to elevators didn’t work again... they guy behind me tried using his card and it didn’t work either. The guy at the front desk came around again. Still feeling dumb. He said you can’t use both card together or they won’t work. I told him I didn’t, I tried each one separately and he just looked at me as if I were stupid. I went to the second room it was cleaned but no towels, rags or hand towels. So I called down to get some. The same guy said to bring the other ones down and he would replace them. I told him there aren’t any I. The room. He said oh okay and brought 2 towels and rags no hand towels. He said if I wanted more or clean ones I need to go down and bring the dirty ones to get more clean ones.

The floor was so dirty I had to wipe it down myself before I allowed my kids to walk onto the floor of the hotel the towels weren't that clean the table by the tv was dirty as well I won’t be staying there again they weren’t a clean hotel and a employee was arguing with a manager on the phone at the front desk as I was trying to check in so unprofessional

So I get to the hotel at 9:00 pm I get my room the floors were dirty glass on the floor bathroom was dirty. I finally get to bed at about 10:00 next door people arguing at the top of their voice. People above my room dropping and banging stuff around the people across from me Dogs barking Three women talking at the door. Oh and I forgot no towels in the room had to call room service. So nothing quieting down Calle front desk to complain at about 10:45 then 11:15 no change. So I packed up and left. Had to drive 30 minutes to another hotel. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a zoo!!!

Needed long term stay until my new place was ready. Perfect place for that purpose.

This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The floor was filthy. Food crumbs and smears left in both the refrigerator and freezer. A huge grease stain on the dust ruffle on one of the beds. A wad of gum stuck inside the lampshade. As for amenities, there weren't any. No maid service, no clean towels, no emptying the garbages. The place shows as a 3.5 on Expedia but this place was a complete dump. The hallways and common areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. I will definitely NEVER stay there again.

With so many other hotels nearby, don't settle for a room here! Expect the absolute minimum to avoid huge disappointment.
