Dark and moldy

The hotel is very old and DARK. Our room was cave-like, with no windows in the main room. Only 2 small, old, moldy windows in the bedroom. The layout was very usual, like a maze. We all woke up congested from all of the dust and mold. We checked out after only 1 night and went to a different hotel.

It was okay

It was fine for only being there one night. I was woken up at 6a from some alarm that took over 15min to turn off.

Less than acceptable

Hotel is run down. Needs updating. Not up to my standards. Will not recommend.

This is by far my favorite hotel in the area. Staff is super friendly and efficient. They always have a smile and welcome me like an old friend. The rooms are clean and a pleasure to sleep in. Overall this hotel exceeds my expectation every time.

Urgently Need a more modern design and update.

Being in the heart of Kendall and major shops I was very surprised Radisson allow room poorly design. Need a fresh update for function usage. I have to say staff are attentive and kind. 1-Bad repair and Open Chalking in shower. Shower curtain looks cheap in an hotel. 2-Fridge when open comes out of the unit. Cheap dresser cabinets peeling off under fridge about to fall on my foot when I open door. 3- Neither side table lamps do not have modern outlets to charge phone near bedside. 4- coffee selection is terrible. 5- No privacy in room. You can hear other conversations in the hallway and in your room. 6- unfortunately staff mention, No king bed room facing water view. Only face parking lock

It was easily accessible from the turn pike. Provided convenient parking. The room needs an upgrade. Slight musty odor coming off the carpet.

The reason I chose this property was the convenience to family and friends and the suite set up since I was working remotely. I also liked the laundry facility since I was there for a while. Service, front desk and overall stay was ok but there could be improvements in the offering. When I considered staying there another week they could not match the current rate I was paying and had no interest in accommodating me. Breakfast was a bag of assorted things and it was not until another customer complained that they offered hot breakfast. It’s ok but there are other better choices in the area.
