Toilet no working

Hotel is nice. However, our experience was very negative as we have a room with a non working toilet. During our stay we have to use the toilet in the lobby. We submitted a request to get the toilet fixed with the reception manager Michelle and nothing was done. We didn’t get a refund or compensated; just that they will fixed the toilet after we check out. Very rude!

Excellent

Place was nice. Lobby is inviting. Friendly and good customer service. Fresh clean sheets. Location is close to everything. Close to LAX Airport. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Just Okay.

The hotel was nice enough. Prior to check-in, the staff was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. They allowed us to have an early check-in (2 hours early). The room with 2 queen beds was small-ish but sufficient for a family of 4 with two young kids. The beds were very comfortable. There was no bathtub, so our 3&4yos had to take showers instead. The bathroom also had minimal privacy (sliding door that didn't seal closed) and no fan to dampen noises, so we had to run the shower when we wanted privacy. Valet parking was efficient, convenient, and the guys working it were very kind and considerate. It was, however, very expensive ($39/night) and there were no other parking options. Based on the hotel's website, we were anticipating that the outdoor pool construction would be completed before our stay (advertised as completion in April 2022) and it was not. Kids were very disappointed with this. Food/customer service was hit-and-miss. Some food orders were excellent, some were wrong, some had things missing. Front desk was very responsive via text and through Hilton Honors app prior to our check-in but stopped responding after that. Our biggest point of contention is that we did not receive ANY housekeeping services during our stay despite requesting it twice. There were parts of each day when we had the privacy sign up, but 3/6 days, the housekeepers were either working on the room next door or across the hall when we were leaving so know they were around.

Is safety of there guest a concern?

Well the property has changed and you are unable to self park. This is an issue and now you are being forced to pay premium pricing for parking, this means no savings at all from other hotels that I could have chosen. Upon returning to my room a naked guest was laid out in front of my room cursing about his wife or girlfriend. I went back to the lobby where I spoke to a desk clerk who contacted the onsite Security. How I describe the intoxicated naked man I believe just sending one officer who didn't seem to be alarmed or interested wasn't a good idea. The safety protocol for such an incident should require the officer and a on duty manager to make sure me (the guest) would be able to return to my room unharmed. I didn't feel that was executed properly. While waiting for the officer to arrive more calls started to come in regarding the naked man who was now walking up and down the halls entrapping people in their rooms. They didn't want to walk near the intoxicated naked man. Upon arriving back to the floor the naked man was still walking around. The officer didn't say anything to the naked man and remained quite, since I saw the officer not ensuring my safety I took it upon myself to literally walk in front of the naked man to get into my room. This intoxicated man could have been aggressive at anytime. The officer just didn't know what to do in that situation. When I was checking out a manager or desk clerk applied 20,000 points to my membership, nice but not impressed.

Still under Reno and not there yet

Had to change rooms. So not stay in a room near elevators or ice machines- very loud. Parking very expensive.

Excellent Hotel & Staff

I came to town for a funeral so chose this place not only for location but an expectation of comfort and ease. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by the very polite and helpful valet, who held the car whilst I investigated an early check-in. The lady at the desk was able to check me in, very easy, much appreciated. The room was lovely, clearly recently renovated, very spacious - and extremely clean. Large bathroom with gorgeous shower. The hotel itself was very modern and clean - nice bar and lounge area in the lobby. My entire stay I had no issues: quiet stay, polite front desk staff able to answer my questions, and a very friendly and efficient valet team. They're a little expensive but I thought it was worth every penny for comfort and peace of mind. The location is also excellent for the airport and the whole Westside and coast. Thank you to all the staff for making my rough weekend a little bit smoother.

Loved my stay here. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the area itself was very quiet and had great locations next to it. It was also very close to the airport 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was confused and disorganized. Facility is under extensive renovation and while I'm sure one day it will be very nice, at the moment its difficult to live with for the $$ it cost to stay there. The room itself was clean and comfortable however. The facility description states all the available amenities which is largely why I chose this facility even at its elevated price, however nothing is really open. That wasnt noted anywhere until checkin which in my opinion is far too late.
