This felt like false advertising, The lady at the reception was awfully rude. Phones were not being answered despite having booked for an airport shuttle, I had to find my own way there. Upon arrival, I was made to pay an additional 10 Euro for the room. The receptionist made an error on entering my passport number in her system, which would then be my wifi password. I had a hard time logging in, made several trips to and from the reception, as she wouldn't answer calls on the landline from the room. It was frustrating. I booked a massage ahead of time only to be told thsi wouldnt be possible. I had carried my sports wear for a quick work out since Expedia says there is a gym, To my surprise, I was told there isn't one. This was rough as I expected to relax during my stay. However, the hotel's butlers and concierge were very kind and helpful the entire time. They went out of their way to make my stay better, despite the situation. The hotel was also very clean with well kept and modern furniture. Their breakfast was healthy, filling and delicious, I have nothing to take away from it. The location was convenient as it was close to most areas I needed to go to i.e. stores, restaurants, pubs, ATMs etc. Overall, 4/10 but this can be an easy 8+/10 if there wasn't any false advertising and if the lady at the receptionist had had a better approach.

This is a very nice hotel, well maintained, fun entrance cafe area, nice buffet breakfast on the top level with a good view of the city. Great location for our business purposes. The rooms are compact, but everything you need is there - USB outlets in the lamps, plenty of plugs (something you don't always find in Turkey), a safe in the closet. Bathrooms have decent showers/shower heads, hair dryer. We needed a place to meet with another person and they were courteous to let us use the breakfast space when no one else was using it. They need to upgrade their soaps (very tiny, had to keep asking for more every day) and their towels (stiff and flat). A small thing, but would make a big difference in the feeling of comfort.

The property is in a decent location with plenty of eateries nearby. My stay didn't begin well as the car I had booked from the airport didn't arrive where I had requested and then charged more than I was told it would be. I was quoted 130 but charged 154. I was told this was because of tax. When I received the invoice the bill was for 110.17 excluding tax and 130 with it, so somebody had made a profit there. They have decent food from the ground floor restaurant but no room service. You have to go down, order and pay and the then they will bring to your room which doesn't make much sense. The rooms are modern and clean but the TV, despite having hundreds of channels, only has one or two in English and they are just news channels so bring a book!
