We loved the property, and will be back... unfortunately the service was less than desirable. We arrived at 2 and check in was 3, the person at the desk said the room was not ready. We said we would wait in the lobby, and even though we were assured we would not be forgotten we got our room at almost 4 after 30 guests who arrived after me were given rooms. The restaurant was unexpectedly closed, but I had to go down to the front desk to find out because no one would pick up the phone. At the front desk the person said it will be open tomorrow... the next day the same person who assured me it would be open said it’s closed for the week. NO EXPLANATION (and kind of rude disposition). There was NOT supposed to be housekeeping without request, and someone came into our room so we had to re-sanitize our room all over. Now the good news... The pool is open, and wasn’t crowded during the week. On the weekend when it was they had someone capping the number of guest in the pool for safety. The property is 2 miles down the road from Palisades Mall, if you never heard of it google it. Wonderful place, especially if you have children. Again WE WILL BE BACK, my rating is just based on the experience I had with some staff members. Surprised because it’s a Hilton property, I have had amazing experiences at motels because their staff was more in tune to their guests.

GOOD ROOM, GOOD GRILL FOR ROOM SERVICE , FREE PARKING AND EVEN A SMALL PATIO AREA THAT LED OUTSIDE !

The experience at the Doubletree was good. I had an issue with heat in my room. But we called the front office and they promptly moved us to another room.

The pool was over crowded for Covid. Some hotels have signup for the pool which limits the number of occupants. There was families that stayed for hours without masks and made it very uncomfortable for us to bring our child. You all should do a much better job managing this situation.

There were no bath towels in my room, which I didn't realize until it was too late. I used hand towels to dry after a shower. The ac/heat unit was also loud. I shut it off completely so I could sleep.

Every thing was great . Only thing is that many hotels including this one don’t clean out their air conditioning filters. I tend to do as soon as I walk in and also spray them with disinfectant. It just makes me feel more comfortable about being out and about. Pool was opened which was great but some of those windows need to be opened for ventilation.

The room on the first floor that we had was basically in a basement with little light. Had a dungeon feel to it. Wallpaper was hanging off the wall. That wasn’t the worst part. Shower head had absolutely no pressure to it. Barely could wash my hair or body. Then when you came out of the shower you were greeted by an entire pool of water on the rest of the bathroom floor. Had only 2 body towels and had to use them to mop the floor. Asked one of the housekeepers for towels and she didn’t have any. And to top it off didn’t receive any cookies upon check in. Not sure if that was due to coronavirus or not but the other people who I knew that stayed there said they gave them out.

Very clean property and the bed was so comfy... Overall will come back it was a nice experience!

Everything was great. Sealed sanitized door. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Large mirror outside of bathroom is always nice. Could use some extra lighting in the room but that's basically every hotel.
