We book the hotel including breakfast and parking free, the hotel changed we had to pay extra 48 euro. When you expect the hotel price is settled and paid. More worse it can’t be. I can not agree that the hotel change the policy 7 days ago to have breakfast not included in the rate. We feel that this is a common trap now. Hotel blame Expedia for this issue. Isn’t it. Not more. A new trend? Bye the way not only our stay endet up also a couple in front of us

Bad Experience

I booked this hotel for 4 rooms and paid for all the rooms and overnight parking for everyone. All of us had to leave at different times so all was good, but when my three friends went to leave, they were asked to pay for the parking token again to leave the property. This really is a bad situation as I explained this to the front desk clerk and left the names of the other guests in my group with him. I guess he couldn't remember this information for one hour until the others checked out. Very bad and parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel as a guest! We will choose another hotel next time because of this.

The Room and the staff were fine. The breakfast was good. My main gripe was the the signage for the hotel particularly the entrance and the process of getting into the car park. Its impossible to see any signage for the hotel from the autobahn. There is no clear signage for the entrance to the hotel. There is no signage for knowing how to enter the car park. Exiting the car park required a token, not sure why. Otherwise ok

Hidden Gem

We got in a little later than expected but when we finally found the hotel and a decent parking spot, we were thoroughly impressed. Very nice and friendly staff. The entire area was clean clear and organized. Our room was bright and clean. Nice stay indeed.

apart from parking it is nice hotel

Overall stay was fine, best thing about the hotel is that it is very close to the motor way. What I did not like is the parking at the hotel, it gets full early in the evening and First night I reached hotel 10:30pm, there was no parking space, asked at reception to give any idea about where can I park and the receptionist literally said I don’t know just go. I end up parking in the drive way at a place where it was out of the way without creating any problem then I the morning I found a warning letter on my car screen. Following evening came back to hotel about 6pm and barrier did not open I had to walk through the parking and there were 5 empty spaces I went to reception and got similar answer as I had previous night. Told him that there are many empty spaces the he agreed to open the barrier from inside, I wonder probably it was the same case previous night. The staff is helpful but when it comes to parking they don’t really care to help.
