Dirty Sheets

Attempted to check in at 3pm and was told that it would be 25 more minutes before the room was ready. I happily obliged, understanding they may be short staffed and I want a clean room. Well, it was clear that the sheets had not been changed on one of the beds. Hairs in sheets and pieces of dirt. When I called the front desk to request new ones, was told that I would have to come to the front desk myself because she was the only one there and not allowed to leave the front desk. She did profusely apologize and said she'd leave a note for the general manager, but this is still unacceptable. Bathroom fan didn't work. Not much selection at breakfast. Food warmers weren't working. Oatmeal was incredibly mushy.

Great stay!

Everything was great. We had 6 people in our room and there was plenty of space. I really liked having the wet bar so there was an extra sink for simple things like brushing teeth, washing hands, etc. when others were using the bathroom.

Dirty and rude check in staff. People above loud past midnight and frint desk would not help. Wasted money.

The toilet in one of our rooms hadn't been flushed - and let's just say that it REALLY needed to be. The microwave in that room was also a bit greasy. In the other room, there was a half-eaten ice cream bar in the freezer and a discarded white claw box left between the fridge and the cupboard. Didn't care for the non-locking sliding door on the bathroom either. Even if the rooms had been clean, that makes this hotel a no-go for me for future stays. The night desk guy was really pretty cool though. Very helpful.

Nice place

We had to stop and get rooms on our way home from MN during the whiteout. Hotel was lovely. Looked new & Clean. Staff was great, rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Hot breakfast was good. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice!

This hotel is modern and clean--beds comfy-breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the pool had a note on it the night we stayed that due to a chemical imbalance the pool was closed, next morning when we were leaving it was open (I didn't check in the morning early as I assumed it was still closed but it apparently opened). Definitely a place we would stay again--it has a great location close to the mall and shopping options and restaurant options nearby, yet it is off the main road and quiet. Overall I would highly recommend it!
