Caring and great

Loved loved it.Asked hotel to recommend a Doctor for my cough. When I got back there was a tray with a cup, some ginger, some lemon and honey and a get well note for me. I felt so cared for.Cannot recommend highly enough

The best customer service - ever!

How’s this for great service? I ask hotel to recommend a Doctor - which it does( I have a hacking cough following recovery from a cold). When I return to my room there is a complimentary tray with lemon slices, honey ginger a bowl of raisins and a big cup. And a note wishing me better. I have never felt so cared for by an hotel in my life!

Great place to stay

Only 1issue, the pillows are very soft and do not support neck. Mattresses were really good. Staff very helpful would stay again. Great central location

Large beautiful room

Very large room with 4 twin beds to accommodate our family of 4 comfortably. Nespresso machine in the room and very good breakfast buffet with many choices. Very clean hotel. The only thing that could be improved is a ramp for disabled people to access it instead of stairs.Also would help with heavy luggages!

Canal view on the street level….

The original reservation did have the canal view but the room was so tiny they offered another room for an additional upgrade charge. Room was bigger but view was not that appealing since people on the street can actually see you if the curtains are left open. Room was average. Hotel did not make the room until we requested for it. Breakfast buffet was fine.staff was friendly.

Great Location for a basic hotel

This is a comfortable hotel. I have stayed at many NH’s and this one is about as basic as it gets - there was zero effort put into any kind of design. My room was small, basic and white. Hotel prices are currently very high and I spent more for this hotel than I thought it was worth but all things being relative, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is really excellent - right in the middle of town. Breakfast selection is very nice, too. To insure a quiet stay, ask for a canal-view room.

It's hot in here

This hotel is absurdly overpriced. So for this kind of money, how about providing a room where the air conditioning works. My room, especially the last night, was at least 10 degrees hotter than the hallway. Am I supposed to sleep in the hall? When I reported the issue the rep said "we'll look into fixing this in the morning." That is great insofar as I was leaving in the morning. They also could not figure out how to give my a wake up call on time. But, hey, on a positive note, all of the reps' uniforms were nicely ironed.

Great location

The hotel was nice and everything was clean. The people at the desk were very helpful. Be aware that there are about 7 steps to get inside and the 5 more to get to the registration area. They were great about locking up our luggage until our Rommel was ready.

Convenient location

The hotel location is very convenient, have a lot of shopping and choice of restaurants around. But also, a bit noisy.The room was spacious and clean. But we did not get the exact room as we booked. Check-in and out service very slow. However, staff are very friendly particularly the staff in the hotel restaurant.
