It’s not as clean as before the phone in the room did not work . The toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo and soap wash was loose not as clean as this place used to be .

It was a perfect 8 day stay. Staff was friendly and always ready for any need.

The room we had was one star quality. The bathroom had cracking tiles and paint. When we showered, paint from the ceilings chipped off onto us. There was mold on the bathroom walls and ceilings. They couldn’t move us rooms unless we went to one king size, when we needed two beds. The manager did not get involved until we complained for the third day. The manager ordered the cleaning staff to clean our room even though we had a do not enter sign up while we were away. Our room smelled of bleach and it was so strong it was hard to sleep. So, I would say the front desk employees either didn’t care or were lazy. They tried to say they called us with updates on options but we never received a call. We had to constantly try to get in touch with them. It was extremely frustrating and I will never stay at a holiday inn express again.

Clean room. Great bed and sheets. Good strong hot shower. Great employees. A little mold in the top of the shower. Covid- couldn’t have the breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay , it was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and consistent. This is why I usually choose a Holiday Inn Express

The hotel is good overall. BUT NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED ARE WEARING FACE COVERING. Also, I'm a little sad that the cinnamon rolls that are in every Holiday Inn Express commercial and billboard are NOT available. Even if they were bagged and you warm them yourself in your room, it would be OK. The room was marked as disinfected but if the employees aren't wearing masks, how can we really be sure. I wiped it myself just to be sure.

Driving home from the beach. Clean room and friendly staff. Also a nice breakfast set up during this difficult time.

For some reason I felt a negativity. I think people were too close to one another. The breakfast was much smaller than the last Holiday Inn Express I stayed at only a week before. I heard people running around the hallway. It was an uncomfortable experience.

The staff is awesome and the cleanliness of the property during this coved outbreak was 5 start!!
