Very Clean Quiet Nice and Professional staffs

I’m very happy and satisfied with the room given to us in #236 2queen beds very clean, quiet atmosphere Infront location very organized everything you needed right there. Free healthy breakfast and Mall of Asia was nearby . I was bit nervous though when I tried to checked out that double door where it lead to the other room #234 Fortunately it was empty my thoughts what if someone’s there at that time when I open it I didn’t expect that but other than that I love the place and I will recommend to friends and I will go back again someday Staff’s were nice and professional

Nice place, pool appointments needed.

Is a clean hotel with comfy rooms. We were disappointed especially traveling with kids that there was no mention anywhere we could see that you had to make an appointment time for the pool. We understand the reasoning but if this would have been communicated or a sign posted at the desk we would have rearranged our schedule. Shuttle service was prompt.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights for a Pre-Spring break getaway. It is super close to the Mall of America. The rooms are modernly decorated, super clean, the beds were super comfy and despite the location being close to the mall, the noise level was minimal.

Meh. Decent beds.

The hotel stank. I cut my knee of the corner of the bed. I had to go down stairs to get a bandaid because it wouldnt stop bleeding. Not enough room between the wall and bed. The floors werent 100% clean. The shower had hair in it. The toilet ran all the time. Beds were comfy. No coffee maker in room like my booking said.

An excellent stay, with recommendation to others

Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, the room was clean and tidy as you’d expect and hope! The only downside was the questionable breakfast timing. My partner went to check and it looked like they were just bringing things out around 8am despite stating that breakfast times were earlier than that. We popped down but found that breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays and it was 9:07 so that was bust.

This was a very nice, what appeared to be very new, property which was a very short walk away from Mall of America. Wish there had been a hot tub, but considering all the other amenities, that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Great place to stay!

They had free packing but we took the last spot in the back which was a bit of a pain since it was cold. There were a few trucks that took up more then one space and one that took up 8 spaces which was frustrating. But the rest was great. Check in was fast, clerk was polite, room was really nice, bed comfortable and so close to everything!
