Really really disappointing stay. The person at front desk was not friendly. We inquired about water and were told the vending machines were out of order. The floor of the room was sticky. There were absolutely NO amenities in the room. There was a mini kitchen but no utensils, no coffee machine, nothing. We hoped there would be coffee downstairs. Absolutely nothing and the front desk completely shut down. Really disappointing

The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable, and, for the most part, the staff was very courteous and helpful. But THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM OR AVAILABLE THE THE HOTEL!!!! I had to get in the car and drive to a nearby McDonald's to get coffee. I traveled extensively during my 40 years as a corporate pilot and NEVER stayed in a hotel that didn't have coffee! You REALLY need to deal with that!

I felt uncomfortable having my kids there. You could tell the room was pretty new and didn’t look bad. It’s not in a fantastic area of town and it was riddled with people who were clearly under the influence. They were up all hours of the night sliding around furniture, yelling at each other, making noise under us, over top of us, and both sides. The beds felt like cement with a layer of foam. Overall I would recommend staying literally anywhere else.

Very clean property. The location was great. The staff is the best part of my stay. Every interaction exceeded my expectations. I will be back.

Great and very clean!!

Except for the fact that I couldn't check in early, after a 12-hour night shift, everything else was ok. Still one of my favorite places to lodge for work.

Went l make my reservation l asked for room for wheelchair because my daughter is disabled and the day went l arrived guest what,the bathroom is not for wheelchair because the all facilities only have one room with bathroom for wheelchair, l was there for 15 days and never was able to give showers to my daughter, my reservation was for 30 days and I only used for 15 days, but the manager was very nice Mr Mariano he apologize for the situation and return parts of the money, but the hotel is not for handicap access starting to the front door, l not recommend at all

Great place to stay for the price. Property is fairly new.
