There was no stay. Arrived at property late night only to find out hotel had been overbooked due to Valentine’s Day and advised I could pay double the rate at a sister property if I paid upfront. Very unsatisfactory experience and left to sleep in car for the night until I went to work.

We stayed overnight on our way south. Booked specifically because of the kitchen amenities. Our room was spotless! Would definitely stay again.

The sheets were so scratchy that sleeping was impossible. There were no glasses or utensils in the kitchen and only a small trash can in the bathroom.

One overnight while traveling but pleasantly surprised with this new hotel. Perfect for traveling with pets. Will stay there again.

Great place to stay. Very clean, had a kitchenette in room and loved it. Great location with plenty of eateries and located right in the middle of Tanger Outlet. Employees very pleasant and helpful.

The stay and service was great.

This is a new property, it was very streamlined simple in decor, clean, staff were all super friendly and helpful! It's right by the outlet mall and dining, very convenient! Our only complaints were 1) the the room temp was hard to find that "sweet spot". Either too stuffy or too chilly. 2) The beds were like sleeping on the floor. They were very firm! Pillows and covering were nice, standard, but we had the worst night's sleep in a long time. If you don't care about bed issues, this place would be a 10, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel clerk was not friendly at all. There was no plates, utensils, soap etc in our room for an extended stay place. I had to go to the front desk for cups. I will not stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Everyone was kind and courteous. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was helpful and always had on hand what I needed. I frequent the Pooler area and will definitely stay here in the future.
