We had a very nice stay. It is close to everything with lots of places nearby to eat. It is pet friendly and seems very clean for the most part. We used the stairs a lot because the elevators are pretty slow, and with social distancing that can back things up a bit. Check in was easy and fast.

I had to make several trips to the front desk because there were no towels or blankets. The second night there was a leak coming from one of the pocket lights in the bathroom. All of our toiletries and other personal items got soaked. When I brought it up to the front desk upon checkout all they said was “sorry”. Given the number of times I’ve stayed at that hotel I would have expected something different. Maybe a complimentary Starbucks coffee or something. I was not pleased with my stay at all.

Close to parks, clean, comfortable beds, free parking and hot breakfast. Great place to stay for a short trip. It was in the middle of January so we couldn't tell you how the pool was. We will defiantly be stay there again!

We stayed for 5 nights while we visited the Disney parks. This hotel was only 10-15 min from all the parks and had plenty of food choices close by. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Service was great! There was a hot breakfast every morning. My only complaint would be that the toilet in my sons room was a little sluggish when it was flushed. I would definitely stay here again.

The hallways were freezing on the fourth floor, I told the front desk, and they said maintenance would check on it, but it never changed. Also the elevators were ridiculously slow, constantly having a line to get on. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get an elevator at the time of check out. Not only were they slow, but also very jerky. Not a pleasant experience

First off the check in was great, the lady was so nice and welcoming. Other than that... not so great. Our room was right by the elevators and the ice machine. The ice machine was so loud and I have no idea why people would get ice at 1am, but it woke me up and the noise of other guests sounded like they were walking in our room. I tried to muffle the noise by putting towels at the base of the door and that helped a little. Looks like they tried to update the bathrooms with all open shelves but the pipes and stains on the walls were unsightly and hair was in the bathtub. The breakfast was ok. I know the rate was good, but for a Hyatt, I expected better.

Great service from the staff. I called a few days prior with questions and the front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were more than happy to accommodate my crib and rooms close together requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the Orlando area.

Pool and hot tub were freezing cold. Breakfast was same salty eggs or yogurt all four days. But hey it let us stay in Orlando at a decent price.

25 years ago, i had 3 consecutive good experiences with Best Western, so i made it a point to just stay at those locations if i could wherever i went. Hyatt Place is my new Best Western. I've been to two facilities and both lobbies and the runs i were assigned were great. During Covid the reduce the amount of room service, but provided extra soap, linen, etc so i didn't have to go searching for it.. breakfast also better than expected given covid. Pleasant stay.

Second time we stay at this hotel when visiting Disney. It is conveniently located very close to Disney World. With three kids, the main reason we choose this hotel is that it offers rooms with Bunk beds for the kids, so we all fit very confortable in the room. Hot breakfast was good, but could be better. Coffee is not the best.
