Didn’t have hot water on the first day or the last day. Didn’t come clean the rooms. Ran out of towels and toilet paper.

Check it, we were able to get an early check in so that was greatly appreciated. They were very short staffed on New Years day so that would explain the elevator floor was covered in food crumbs. Room was clean so that was great. Pillows need replacing as super flat but bed comfy. My biggest issue was breakfast. I know with Covid "Grab and go" the only option but I have stayed at other hotels with a hot grab and go option. This was muffins (that weren't in breakfast area they were hiding on the front desk and we had to ask to find out where they were), a few pieces of fruit, and juice/coffee. Muffin choices were cream cheese and banana nut. I am assuming that was what was left after all good muffins were eaten. That was disappointing as I don't like bananas or nuts so I took the one cream cheese that was left so it really only left banana nut. A better variety (especially if you are only serving one option) would be appreciated.

The staff at check in were wonderful. The hotel is very nice, clean and parking is well lit. The only negative I would have is the lighting in the bathroom. Its pretty dim but this is not reflective of this particular hotel. I'm sure its the same in the all the Fairfields. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, updated and friendly staff. The coffee was great and I enjoyed the large lobby area.

Our stay was great! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and received wonderful service. I love being greeted with a smile ( even if it’s 11 pm). The room was comfortable and just what we needed. I do wish hotels would start finding creative ways to serve breakfast during COVID but this hotel was fine nonetheless.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! They could not have treated our large group with a bunch of kids any better! The room was ok, but the bathroom needs work. It’s a little dingy and dated. But the worst part is the shower/tub would not drain. Others in our group said they had the same issue.
