Roaches and poor condition.

Room was in poor condition, chipped counter tops, only one towel, dingy. Worst part was having to kill not one but 2 roaches before even 10pm. Couldn’t fathom sleeping in a room where roaches might crawl into my bed. Informed front desk. It got no response so I left. Room 321 in case you need to know.

Unhappy

As like the Sac Hotel, I will no longer book any Extended Stay America hotels. I was a true customer for many years and it was my fav, but not any longer. The Pot smoking/cig smoking in rooms and parking lot is just unacceptable. Not feeling safe in or outside these rooms are just not acceptable. The quality of the rooms are very low. I have given these hotels a chance in the past couple years and they keep going down hill. The price paid is not worth it. I will not recommend this hotel anymore.

Very disappointing

This property is in SERIOUS need of an uplift/upgrade/renewal. The plumbing was poor (sink was a trickle), the AC unit was LOUD; the elevator/reception area was dirty. "Extended stay" with absolutely NOTHING in the cabinets. NO toiletries, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, NO clothes hangers; nada.

Just a so so room

The room was old, furniture and everything. The best part was there was hot water right a way in the shower. A lot of Pot smell in the hallway. Staff was nice.

Floors in the room were extremely dirty, no towels in room. Room looked like it was in the process of being upgraded, missing paint and spackle around shower. Very loud rooms

It’s ok. Not worth the money.

It was ok. I only booked there because my normal hotel wasn’t available that weekend. It was not what I expected. It wasn’t worth the money I spent. It seems like it is a home for a lot of people. I had to asked for towels and kitchenware. The staff was nice. They really need someone to in an inspect and fix things that are broken. I would stay again if I had no other choice.
