Wonderful boutique hotel in Venice

This hotel was an amazing find in Venice. We loved our stay. The staff was helpful and responsive. The room was clean, bright. Great AC. Would definitely come back!

Great room, would stay again.

This hotel was very surprising in a good way. There were three of us that stayed here and the loft had a queen bed while a twin bed was downstairs. The room was almost too roomy but that made for a pleasant stay as we didn't feel cramped. Very clean room that was cleaned daily. The bathroom was a decent size but the shower was larger than most. Water temperature was good and never fluctuated. The hotel is located in an odd way and we did walk past it the first time as there was no external evidence where it was. We had to check in at the Ca' Doro hotel which was just a block over. The check-in process was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many local restaurants and shops in the area and was about a 5-10 minute walk to water taxis. The only negative we had was the 2 flights of stairs we had to walk up to get to our room. After a full day of walking Venice the stairs didn't help. But if we go back to Venice we will stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The suite was great. Very clean, spacious, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The suite was cleaned every day. Check in was easy. We stayed there for 7 nights and it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was good too, lots of food and shopping options, away from overly crowded touristy areas, but still easily walkable to all major sights. It was also very near the water bus stop to take a day trip to Murano/Burano.

Wonderful

The staff here went above and beyond to help me during my stay. They were attentive and the property is well keep. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend them to others. The area is beautiful and peaceful, gorgeous views.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

Stunningly beautiful apartment suits just off the tourist traps but right beside Rialto bridge (5 min walk). Stayed here last year and is my go-to place going forward

Absolutely amazing apartment. At first slightly hard to fine but that’s normal in Venice’s small street. The apartment is easily in the top-5 places I’ve stayed.

Bella camera in posizione ideale

Bella camera (suite juinior n° 2) spaziosa, arredamento essenziale senza sovraccarichi, letto king con ottimi materasso e cuscini. Nessun rumore esterno o interno. Bello il bagno con grande doccia e piastrellatura di qualità. Posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi quasi tutti i sestieri e le Fondamenta Nuove per il vaporetto per le isole.
