We were travelling with our three year old boy and we were all made to feel welcome and cared for throughout our trip. We would stay here again if (when) we return to Venice

Great location. Close to train station and bus terminal but quiet, private, safe area. Breakfast is excellent . Eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit. The room is adequate but not very roomy and the bathroom is small and awkwardly laid out. No dresser and no shelves in the wardrobe. We otherwise we're very satisfied with our decision to stay there.

Overall stay was good. But room never got below 76 degrees and bed was uncomfortable. However breakfast was included which was nice and tasty as well as the neighborhood was quiet!

Nice little hotel on quiet alley near train, bus and vaporetto. Small but comfortable rooms with firm beds. Updated bathrooms. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls, croissants, sliced meats and cheese, fruit cocktail, juices. Friendly, helpful staff. Self serve laundry around corner. We would stay here again.

Lovely, small hotel on quiet alley just a couple of blocks from train, bus, and vaporetto. So convenient! Rooms were small but well appointed. Beds a little hard. Small elevator. Very nice breakfast of rolls, croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced meats and cheese, juices. Coffee pot and warm milk brought to table. Pretty long walk to St. Mark's Square, but nice ride on water taxi (buy a 1, 2 or 3 day pass for convenience). Self-serve laundry just around corner (8 euros to wash, 7 to dry). We would stay here again!
