We had a really bad experience, old property where ants were found in the room and on the towels. Left the hotel finding the ants and later asking for refund which I am still trying to get. Duty manager gave us a note that we left the hotel at 10:30 pm after we came back from dinner and found the ants. No hot Breakfast, a sandwitch was offered a Day before to take to the room and warm it up in the microvave in the next morning. Would not recomment this hotel ever.

One of the room does not have tv and microwave although it was mentioned in the add. They could not help us with another option.

Great Stay!

Comfort Inn Boucherville did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, safe and enjoyable under the current circumstances of COVID-19. We do wish we knew that there is no housekeeping everyday and we could have used better breakfast options that were friendlier to vegetarians and those with meal restrictions. Having said that, the staff was mostly great and very helpful. They were happy to help us out by providing recommendations for transportation/sightseeing as well as any room items we needed exchanged. The evening/nighttime person wasn't the most friendly or hospitable but the staff who checked us in and checked us out were fantastic.

Good stay but basic breakfast

Clean, friendly, comfortable but basic breakfast. Choice of cold eggs, yougourt, muffin or english muffin with egg and sausage frozen. We had to heat it in the microwave in the room before eating.

The room was extremely dirty! Manager and a cleaning staff came to clean it at my request as room was unrefundable through expedia and there were no other rooms available. Other then the obvious caked on urine on toilet seat and garbage on floor no other parts were cleaned by them. The manager rolled her eyes and blamed her staff for poor cleaning. No apologies. The cleaning staff was obviously upset as we were told initially that all cleaning staff had left for the day and the minimal amount of effort put into cleaning while we stood outside the door was pathetic. This same cleaning staff was in her uniform handing out breakfast the next morning which we decided to skip once we noticed this.

Property is renovated and rooms are in good condition. The other visitors in adjacent rooms were extremely loud. They spent all night laughing, talking loud and opening and closing doors. We had our 8 month old baby with us that they kept waking him up every 30 min. The sound proof between rooms is very poor.

Déjeuners décevants

La salle des déjeuners est fermée. On nous donne des repas dans des sacs en papier. Les déjeuners ne changent pas. C’est correct pour 1 jour, mais pour 3 nuits, c’est pas génial. Il y a 3 choix, mais les choix sont toujours les mêmes et un des 3 est congelé et difficile à bien réchauffer au micro-ondes.
