Poorest customer service

This was the worst customer experience of all time, especially from a Hilton Brand! I had a unexpected 10 hour flight delay making my arrival time last 12 midnight. I contacted the hotel and was assured my reservation was ok. The desk agent asked me to call later to confirm with the desk again. I called once I was boarded to keep them informed. The male representative told me he was changing my check in date to the following day as it was past midnight. I arrive at the hotel at 330 am for check in. It takes “Andy” the night desk person a while to let us in out of the rain (the door is locked.) The next thing Andy tells me is that I cannot check in until 430 pm as my reservation is for 4/18 not 4/17. I tell her the whole story about texting and calling the hotel. No empathy. With a stern he says again you cannot check in until 430 pm. I show him the reservation on my phone and ask what he can do. He offers to hold my luggage until check in at 430. I tells me not changes have been made to my reservation (he could see that if it was) and it’s Expedia’s fault (room booked through Hotles.com). I ask the hotel is full, the says no. I ask if I can just rent a room then and Andy says since he ran the audit at 3 am, I cannot have a room. Andy leaves me and I contact Hotels.com. I can only chat at now 4 am. The Hotels,com agent called Andy and then I was able to get a room for 5 hours, as my cruise was boarding at 11am. The next morning at check out the desk rep apologi.

Insects

Our first suite, room 418, was crawling with little ant like insects. They were primarily in the bathroom and the kitchenette. It appeared as if they were coming out from the baseboards and around the tub. Management was very understanding and immediately gave us another room. Our second room was ok, but didn’t have any drinking glasses other than the foam coffee cups. I believe they need to take a look at their housekeeping staff to make sure that they’re doing a thorough job.

I love to stay at this hotel. Staff are super friendly and nice! I would definitely recommend a 1 bedroom instead of the studio. The studio tends to be too small. We found our pillow sheets stained and also our curtains. I wondered if anyone had stayed there before because the room looked a bit dirty even in our bath tub. The pillows seemed flat also.

Nice hotel, quieter than downtown.

We liked it here. It's a 30 min walk to downtown/Pike Place. 10-15 min walk up the hills to Space needle. Breakfast was good. Paid extra for a room with view and enjoyed that.

Good location for Climate Pledge events with shorth 10 min walk. Easy in and out. Friendly staff. Beer hall next door... need I say more? :)

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was difficult due to concert. And garage was full. If the two plant areas were removed there would be more space at the back. Our curtain had weird stains. But the space was nice and worked well for our group. Especially liked having the kitchen area and large fridge. Fake eggs were gross. Overall a great stay.
