March 11, 2018: The front desk failed to provide the most critical wake-up call to my room to depart on my flight as personally arranged with Heather the night before. Requested 4:00 AM; got to desk and the time to call indicated 6:00 AM!!!!! March 19: Called Hotels.com who called Bozeman and told us the supervisor would contact us the next day. March 21: No call or email from Hampton Inn, Bozeman.

The staff was very helpful and considerate of our needs when we were stranded by winter conditions.

Beds were not comfortable at all. No mini fridge in the room, breakfast was so so. The desk clerk that checked us was very friendly. The are a lot better hotels out there at this price range.

We went to Bozeman for a wedding and we're so happy we chose Bozeman Hampton Inn. Front desk people were so kind, friendly and helpful. Chrissy was the best!!

The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The location is near a major road along with other hotels, but there is a nice meadow and pond behind the hotel.
