Bed had a slope to the center

I stay at this hotel for one night 2/14/20-Room#1338, at 6:30am I went down for a coffee and I was a approach by a Hispanic male accompanied with other female and,I ask them for a coffee and they both said there was no free coffee, I told them “I’m staying here I’m a guest “ I even show them the room key. They still did not give me a coffee instead they directed me to go buy a coffee next to it. This is not acceptable for them to treat me like that just for asking for a coffee, which the room was for two people and breakfast included. That Hispanic male working on that date did not give me a coffee’s day and I paid $356.70 with hotels.com #9204419338995 Jose Alfaro

Clean and well spooned with excellent staff.

This hotel is absolutely first-class!!!! The rooms are huge, comfortable, clean and safe. We received outstanding customer service from Kyle who checked us in at the front desk. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. We truly appreciate his professionalism. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Overall, the appearance of the room was

Had to stay overnight to catch my connecting flight in the morning. Was comfortable, the shuttle was easy, and having a restaurant on site made the night smooth.

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as one would suspect during these times. There was popcorn in the chair & the toilet-seat was not clean. Very disappointed. Great location

We did not have our luggage and the staff/ hotel was very helpful with providing items that we did not have and at no charge (baby diapers, toothbrush & tooth paste, deodorant, ear plugs). I would recommend bringing ear plugs/ using a noise machine as the windows are a bit older so the airport/ truck sounds are pretty loud most of the night

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency overnight during a layover at DFW; Shuttle to the hotel was easy. We had a large amount of luggage and the driver got a cart and brought it in for us. Check-in was easy and our room was clean and modern. The restaurant was still open and the food/service was good. Hotel was a little loud at night. Shuttle back to the airport terminal in the AM was easy.

Great experience for what was an unexpected layover. Shuttle was a quick pickup, check in fast, room clean, quiet and nicely updated. Restaurant was practicing social distancing and masks by servers, great! Food was delicious. Morning shuttle again quick and convenient. Definitely recommend if you need an overnight at DFW airport.
