Overall the stay was good. The only issue was the bedding. The duvet was very lumpy as in the filling was in bunches throughout the blanket and when we walked in and saw the beds nicely made it looked like there were items left under the duvet. I had the option to upgrade to the same size room with better bedding, I didn’t realize it made that much difference.

Overall great stay. Bathroom was still pretty dirty upon arrival. Offered a upgraded larger room for $40 to have a balcony with a “view”. Our view was a roof of the valet canopy ....... friends received an upgrade as well but for free and a their room was actually larger and a real view. Slightly disappointed.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in except the blankets are like lightning!! Soo staticky. We had to use the blanket we brought cause we kept shocking eachother. It was insane. There was so much lightning in the blanket cloud. Like sooo much. Y’all need to get some dryer sheets up in your business. Other than that the floor was nice and trippy. Also managed to be there for an earthquake which was pretty cool. Building seemed solid as we went for a little wobble. All the weather conditions. The staff and hotel is great

Was a beautiful and cozy room, wood burning fireplace in the lobby. Everything that you want in a mountain hotel destination! Bed was extremely comfy and room had a little table to eat at. The keg did an amazing job of taking care of us even though we arrived quite late and a minute before they were closed. Only negative and was quite tiny was the mysterious hand print on the roof of the shower. When mentioned they apologized profusely and dealt with it immediately.

Overall good. Outdated decorations. Okay service. Location a bit of a walk to stores etc

We have been at this hotel numerous times and always did enjoyed it, but this time it was different. The place seems run down and I do have a big problem when I come into check-in to see that the person at the front desk is wearing a uniform that had stains and hair all over, it's our first impression. They were yelling and partying for some parts of the night and it was really noisy and nothing was done about it. Maybe it is because the staff is run-down due to COVID but we still expect to be able to sleep in a noise-free environment. Anyway, we had a good run it will take a lot for us to go back there.

We had an awesome stay! We were celebrating my birthday! Staff was very friendly and the room has very clean!

There was a stain in one of the bed and the coffee machine wasn't in great condition so wasn't interested by drinking a coffee in the room and the restaurant only open at 7h30 so didn't have the chance to enjoy a great family morning

I like that it’s attached next to the keg and has underground parking and some rooms have balcony

The receptionist forgot to write down our room number, I have to go back and ask.
