Got moved as soon as we booked. Replacement hotel was not what we signed up for. Tiny and just bleurgh

No Air conditioning, it was horrible experience during the day and night, this makes the not suitable for living.

Went to check into this hotel and told hotel was closed, why hadn’t I checked my email. Well the email had only been sent an hour before my arrival while transmitting to the hotel. Was then moved to their “sister” hotel queensgate Inn. The room was very dark and dingy, the view was of a wall with pipes, the floor boards have a very noisy creak. Apart from the first day there was never any reception staff in attendance to assist clients. Very poor outcome. The security guard was always pleasant

Very handy place to stay. I have stayed here and its been fine but this time the showers were cold - NOT GOOD

the reception is ok, the lift does not work most of the times and need to use the stairs. The rooms in the basement are like a dungeon. The room is clean and toilet is good.

Good location with easy access to tube stations. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Helpful staff and the updates to the rooms have been nicely done. The breakfast is great and could allow you to skip lunch. The rooms are very small, so be aware of that. The hallways and common areas could use a refresh.

Nice stay, friendly staff good value for money and good breakfast.

The shower was extremely small and the glass shower doors kept falling off everysingle time we tried to get in or out of the shower. The front desk people werent too friendly we found which was a bit of a disapointment since we were so excited to be there for the first time. Very noisy throughout the whole entire night with other guest walking about the halls which kept us up both nights over and over. Over all it was an okay stay but for the price we paid it was a bit disapointing especially since we couldnt have a proper shower after a long trip having to hold the shower door up and together with one hand and showering with the other.

For the price, it's perfect. Location excellent, the rooms are small but are always clean and have everything you need.

Really nice staff, breakfast varied and delicious, room was small saying that it was extremely clean. Great central position will stay again.
