Lots of drunk people when I was checking in. My rooms air condition didn’t work. I called downstairs to see if they could get me a room with working AC, they said they’d call me right back. 15 minutes later and no call back. It was a challenge going up and down elevators considering only one of the tree worked. I finally got a room with working AC, but it was a double bed. This is the second bad experience at this hotel. I will never return.

Thanks Marriott, such a good overall experience during my stay and the location could not be better, just a few minutes drive to anywhere in San Antonio.

the furniture was not securely attatched to the wall. When I opened th bottom drawer. the entire piece fell on me Becase of the above/I checked out 1 day early you owe me a refund for that day

Some kid pulled the fire alarm at 4:30am and the hotel had to evacuate just to walk back in 10mins later. Other than that my stay there was fun and I would definitely go back.
