Noisy neighbors visiting right outside our door and upsetting our dog. Large enough gap around door that let roaches and light in😕

One of the bed blanket was stained. One of the lamp didn’t work. To much noise in the area. I will never stay here again.

Not a very good place to stay at all.

I had a wonderful, very safe stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was different was the condition/appearance of the carpet... ~R

There was nothing unique about this hotel from the average hotel. Older hotel, ready for some upgrades. Covid-19 has affected part of the services, but even the basics were removed. No in-room coffee/tea was even available. Room was cold when I checked in, with room temperature being below 60° due to system being turned completely off. This caused the bathroom to stay cold the entire time, and the tile floors also very cold.

I stayed here 20 years ago and it is basically the same only with crappy maintenance. The carpet was frayed and torn, the bathtub still had hair in it from the previous occupant, and I am pretty sure there was black mold above the tub in the ceiling. Because the carpet was frayed at the tack strip my daughter stepped in it and made her foot bleed. The subfloor was exposed and I ended up with a sliver of wood in my foot. In the bathroom area the ceiling above the tub had bubbles in it and stains from damage. It has black spots and at first I thought maybe it was from bugs or something. Then as I looked closer it appeared to be mold. I really wasn't expecting much because of the location and price. But I was expecting the safestay it says it has on hotel.com as far as the cleanliness aspect. Covid has supposedly upped the cleanliness standard. There was dirty hand prints all over the place, not to mention caked on dirt on every vent and outlet. I lived in Central America for years and this stay equals some of the back country 3rd world hostals and stays I have done. I am really not sure how this place has all the positive ratings. Maybe we just got the worst room they have to offer. If i was La Quinta i would take my name off this place.

The hotel is outdated nothing has been upgraded. It’s is not clean I don’t think even disinfected. For the price I guess you get what you paid for.

No breakfast...every other LaQuinta I've used during this pandemic at least gave you a brown bag with a muffin and a banana. Water pressure sucked in the shower, but stung like hell coming out of the sink. The tub had lots and lots of little badly repaired holes in it...almost like someone went wild with a 22 cal pistol in the shower. Bed was lumpy as hell. At least it was clean.

Well lit and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs
