One of the few places in the world that provides true 5 star service. Went there for our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the best hotels I stayed in over the last 30 years and I travel about 1/3rd of any given year. Can‘t compliment enough.

Four Seasons did a great job sustaining the high standards set previously by O&O. Room upgrade at check-in, gorgeous property, wonderful staff, beautiful beach, what’s not to like?! We loved the pool staff in particular, especially Chavez, who makes a great drink and stirs up even better conversation. My wife and I have been 3 times and will certainly return again. Ronnie Wood was even in the House when we were there! Very cool.

We had a great stay until our last night. There was a wedding reception party on the property with loud music playing until late in the night. We came for some rest and relaxation and not for a party atmosphere. We brought this up with the staff a couple of times but management did not take any action. Not the Four Seasons experience and not what one would expect for a at a hotel at this price point we expect better.

Excellent service, the staff are great. One never hears the word no in this place. Needs some updating from the time it was the One and Only.

The place is really expensive but the service is not at its best. You ask for drinks at the beach and it may take them a long time. n the restaurant we sat on a table that was shaking and not stable. Although I brought it to the waiter’s attention they didn’t do anything about it. It’s an easy fix to put something under the table. Another problem we had, one night in the bar next to the restaurant they had a live performance and then she would pass the microphone to the guests and good lord, some of those people could not sing and insisted to do so. I understand trying to be friendly but you also need to consider the other guests. The location and rooms were fantastic. The beach was beautiful. The tennis court was great. We used the bikes to go around and they were old but functional.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable and our view of the ocean from our room was stunning. The property was not overly crowded, and we always had plenty of space to enjoy our time without waiting on other guests. And the beach?? It was by far the best beach we have ever been to. Perfect sand, crystal clear water, and again it was not overly crowded. Service was mostly excellent, although it did take longer to receive the staff’s attention than we would have preferred on the beach. Fantastic property, though, and a great way to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary!
