The service for breakfast was very slow. I had to ask three times for service. At the Cabanas, I rented one from 11-6pm. There was no service until 1210pm. Valet parking for guests was affected because it was only available for people assisting to the San Juan Moda show. I had to insist that it was not fair as I was paying already for the valet. They accommodated me 25 mins later.

The hotel pool was filthy! The perimeter wall edge of the pool was cracked and breaking off in the pool! The umbrellas were covered with green mold and the canopy’s were heavily rusted! The drinks were overpriced and the food was terrible!

Beautiful property

The property is absolutely beautiful. Lots of activities available and several dining options. The rooms were somewhat small but very comfortable.

Repeat Guest

This was my second stay; I came in Sept 2021 and came back in April for a friend's bday. The casino was closed and they didn't have the club like events before but everything was open this time. I downgraded rooms on the second visit (big mistake), from Pool Villa to Tower. The hotel is still nice but the Tower King didnt seem as flattening so book the upgrade, is my advice.

Lovely hotel and property

This property is a historic one that's been updated tastefully and so it holds together the best of the old and new. The room was huge, the bed was comfy and even the city view was tropical. The pools were not ot overly-chlorinated and the decks/chairs were well-maintained. On the downside, the parking is now $33 per night, the food at the bar was good but a fortune (the most expensive we encountered on our trip), and the bathroom was a little small. I didn't explore the neighborhood much but it seemed like you had to walk a bit to get to restaurants and activity. I'd definitely consider it a good home-base for a future visit.

This was my first time to Puerto Rico with my boyfriend and some friends. We were in town for an Afro Beats festival. Thanks to the reviews I knew we were in the perfect location (walking distance) to many shops & local restaurants. Taxis were cheap only $5 per person. The resort was literally less than a 10 minute taxi drive to the airport which was very convenient as well. The staff from the point of checking in to checking out was phenomenal. There was a slight misunderstanding with our original booking but the guest services quickly corrected the mistake and even gave us a Hotel Credit. Very professional. The inside of the hotel is beautiful & the outside is even more breathtaking, multiple pools, views for the perfect IG and snap chat photos lol and just steps to the beach where you are greeted by hotel staff with beach chairs and umbrellas provided and beach side waiters to order food and drinks. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and most definitely will be back. 5 stars!!!!

Amenities were awesome. Beach a bit small. Very close to airport but not an issue and very convenient. Drinks were great but food was so-so and overpriced.
