Not worth the price

Overall it wasn't bad but not great either. When I checked in the sink was clogged but they did fix it. The in room phone wasn't working so had to leave the room to report the clogged sink. It was clean and the breakfast was good. Just a bit overpriced...I was expecting something nicer for $200 a night.

This Hotel is in major need of some TLC

You can tell that this hotel was once charming and modern, but has long since ceased to be either. The rooms were worn down, our drawers in the room were broken, and the wood furniture around the room was well worn and chipped (beds, mirrors, tables etc.) The "continental breakfast" was a brown bag with a "cutie" orange, 4 oz of water, and a kid-sized granola bar. (one each). I understand if COVID is preventing you from having a real breakfast, but for the sake of your customers, just take "breakfast" off the website and don't hand out the brown bags. Either offer something substantial or nothing at all. The one plus is that I got to socialize with the other people in the hotel. Why do you ask? Because only one outside door was accessible to get access to our rooms. And trust me, by "working" I mean there was often a group of three to four people constantly trying to swipe their cards in the hopes that the lone "working" door would actually open. It was so bad, that I would regularly be laughing with the other guests about how sketchy this place was. My advice is this: Choose this hotel only if all the others in Logan were already filled up.

Did not care how we were yelled at at check in for not having a mask. Maybe offer one if you’re going to require it. Couldn’t get hot water in the tub if they were running the washer

Baymont Wyndham was a hot ass mess!

This place was awful. I asked about a AAA discount was told they cant. Travelosity quoted me a 89 rate, was charged 99. Asked for a late check out so we could goto breakfast at the Amish place next door. That was also a NO, all they had to do was delay room service for an hour. The site said there was hot tub, NOPE it was gone. Put us on the second floor, no elevator!! I am large and do not like stairs. I had to change my keys 3 times because the outside doors didn't work, or it would stop working on my room door. TV cable disconnected, room service should check everytime they clean to make sure the the sensor is connected. Had to goto front desk for Pizza dilevery they were not allowed to room! I worked for Holiday Inn for 15yrs, never in my life have I had a worse experience. Wyndham id awful!!! Greedy, not friendly, dirty, and just a hot ass mess.

Last resort

Things didn't work. Overpriced for an outdated unclean room. Very disappointed

Wonderful weekend with the family!! The pool was a hit and the price was wonderful. Definitely will do it again!!

Not safe

Safety was not first at this hotel, despite the “masks required” signs taped on every wall and door. The parking lot had not been plowed from the snow the day before and no salt on the inches of broken ice we had to walk across. The smoke detector was completely removed from our rooms ceiling with wires hanging down. There were limited hotels available in the area when we stayed, so chose this because friends were staying also. We had already paid the non refundable fee to stay so we just stuck it out.
