The pool wasn’t even open, when their main picture is a pool. The room I was given looked nothing like their pictures. I literally handed my keys back and left.

I was dissatisfied with the conditions of the motel.. the carpets were dirty and the furniture was stained. There are dogs allowed and were heard barking I. The hallway during the night we will not be returning

Worst experience ever!

Soon as we walked in we saw the pool was shut down (empty). I told clerk I booked there due to having a pool for the family and I wanted a refund to go somewhere else. She said that the Health Department doesn't allow the pool open until its 85 outside (are you kidding, she must have thought we were stupid) She told me I would have to go through you to get refund and it would take 24-48 hours, so we were stuck. The place is filthy, rod was broke on shower curtain, door knob broke to get out of room, and toilet wouldn't flush. This was the worst place that I, my daughter and granddaughter ever experienced. Definitely going to get the word out.

Not a clean place

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Dundee and found it just unclean. We had mold on the bed skirt in our first room which led us to ask for another room. This room has mold on the bed skirt, the nightstand between beds wasn’t clean and had numerous rings and stains from drinks. We found a little bit of trash and food on the floor. TP holder was all rusted and more. The building wasn’t secure at night as one of the doors had the lock duct tapped so it could be opened freely. We would have left if we weren’t so tired from driving. My wife could hardly sleep due to the dirt and lack of security.

Sinks, bathtub, bed and floors seemed clean. The bathroom walls were not. It was tolerable for one night on a budget. The pool looked inviting though we didn’t use it. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast so no comment, but Bob Evans is very close. The gentleman working the desk was positively kind and warm and gave me a very good impression because of his personal sincere demeanor.

Needs a lot of work.

Hotel was pretty dirty. Pool was closed but didn’t say anything about it till after we was there and checked in. Breakfast was still just a grab and go even tho most other places are back to normal. Had to have our room moved because of noise then new keys made for the 2nd room because the 1st set wouldn’t even scan. Both front desk people was super nice tho. The room it’s self was pretty dirty. Dust everywhere floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. Food crumbs on tables and the couch.
