Horrible customer service

This was the worst list ever. Three hours long just to check in. The most inconsiderate staff ever. I will NEVER go back there. They didn't even apologize for their horrible customer service if that's what they called it.

The first day was terrible, two persons were booked for the room, there was NO wash rags one toothbrush and one shower gel. The food was always COLD, at the bar we were told that we could not get a specific drink as it was only for those that had on the Privilege bands. When the booking was made that information was not passed on to us and we booked all inclusive. Also there was no INTERNET for two days and all we heard was that it was an outside issue, totally slackness.

Property was beautiful and well kept. Wifi was nonexistent therefore tv didn’t work cellphones didn’t work. Rooms lack basic necessities such as iron and a blow dryer which we waited hrs for. Food was good over all. Some staff were nice but some were lacking that great customer service that you look for at a resort.

I’m seeing so many bad reviews about this place, personally I loved it. seeing bad reviews about bugs? It’s a resort on a tropical island at the bottom of a mountain and steps away from the ocean, bugs come with the territory. What I would complain about is the amount of Karens & Kens who were there YELLING at employees about masks?? Pointing their fingers in employees faces for things outside of their scope, like which liquor is included in the Privilege package? The amount of entitlement was so annoying! It’s a new resort so there’s certainly room for improvement however my only complaint was about other vacationers being utterly despicable towards the employees and servers. You’re on vacation, you didn’t become master over the staff of ppl serving you. The customers behavior was abhorrent and I’d like to commend all the employees for handling them with grace

Was a pleasant experience. Didn't get to explore much of the property because my time was short. Had a good time. Food was good and everyone was pleasant and well mannered.

the property is beautiful. The staff has no training in customer service. the amenities are always closed or not available or not working. they advertise all night "late night snack" that was closed every night. so we basically starved til morning after coming back from our excursionbc of the closures. they assigned us a butler, then we found out he was off the 2 days we stayed, so we weren't able to make reservations for anything. it was absolutely an inconvenient experience

The hotel was ok. Nothing spectacular. It definitely wasn’t a party scene so if you are looking for that this is not the hotel. The rooms were clean but super old with a weird smell. It was hard to get the mini fridge stocked again and also room service was free ONLY from 11am-6pm if it was outside of that time they charged you. The food was ok like normal hotel food I didn’t have a meal that was outstanding. This is connected to a sister hotel that does have kids and the “casino” was not truly a casino. If you are looking for a hotel that is chill and just be lazy this would be a good place for the price but not much to do onsite. I probably would not go back. The pool bar bartenders were awesome!

I recently stayed at the resort from March 17-21. The resort is a beautiful place over all & the staff was very nice, friendly, and helped any way they could. Ashley & Jorvan were very helpful in the front and was always there for whatever I needed. The bartenders are the bar Jervon & Richie made amazing drinks and kept great humorous conversation each and every day. I did LOVE that there was security around 24/7. There wasn’t a time of day I did not see a guard! Definitely felt safe! Lastly Kericia did a fantastic job cleaning my room daily. But I would say that the hotel has a lot of improving to do. The restore Sakura you have to make reservations for daily at 11am. And most days by the time 11am would come they would say that the privilege guess had already book and they were fully booked for the night. Which is unfair because everyone paid money to be there. I feel a certain amount of reservations should be available for privilege guess each day so that non privilege guess can still have an opportunity to book as well. I was able to eat there on my last night only because I waited at the restaurant until everyone was seated and they had a few cancellations. One day I called for towels at 3pm and didn’t receive towels until the next day after calling several times. The rooms are nice but poorly built. Some things worked in the room something’s didn’t. I had a leak under my sink they they did eventually fix. The tile under the toilet was breaking apart.
