The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did not like that the only ice machine was on the first floor. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I slept very little and was sore all over in the morning. Other than that, the pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid, as well as limitations to their breakfast.

The hotel was booked to capacity because of a recent storm so it was over $300 for 2 nights (we did have an extra Pet charge)The television was very hard to operate and did not get the channel we wanted to watch (Fox News). the remote was almost non operable. The cleanliness was good except the very sticky bathroom floor. The "breakfast" was wrapped danish & muffins, fruit and yogurt, there was no tea offered, I realize with C19 there has to be sacrifices but there did not seem to be any effort made to do any thing but the minimum. We chose this property because it was highly rated and were prepared to spend a little more than other nearby hotels but this is an $80 range hotel and at that level the annoyances are not as glaring and we would have rated it accordingly.

We have been staying here for several years on our semi annual trip through the area. This hotel has been slowly going downhill. It has now reached the bottom. Property is looking old and tired. Our room was marginally clean. I was glad that I had Clorox wipes to make it feel clean. Carpet had crumbs on it. Bathroom floor was dirty behind the door. I expected better cleaning in light of a pandemic. Toilet has flushing problems, which probably explains the plunger in there. Breakfast was a sorry excuse. Syrup made coffee that was undrinkable. Fresh fruit. Instant oatmeal. Prepackaged muffins, danish that we could not finish because they tasted that bad. Yogurt in a locked fridge that staff did not know where the key was. We have stayed at several hotels during this pandemic, and the breakfast at this place was the worst. We will not be staying here again.

The ONLY HOTEL that will actually clean during your stay. They give you an option of how much or how little Cleaning you want to have done during your stay. Personally, I like a clean room and fresh towels!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Our bathroom floor had not been swept. But the rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

Not many amenities close by

The manager was wonderful and I felt bad but the room and overall hotel was disgustingly dirty. I could write my name on the furniture from the dust, the floor was dirty, and my view out the window showed trash between the dumpster and shed. I didn't even stay.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevator was dirty which should have been a sign but the room had dirt balls and lint in every corner and all around the room. I don’t think housekeeping knows what a vacuum is not how to clean a bathroom. All the tubs have soap scum and grime around them. I went down and spoke to the manager who said she would have someone clean the room the next morning and after I spent most of the day gone from the hotel I return to find all of the dirt in its same place. She tried to be accommodating and switched my room which was a little cleaner but given all the issues with Cov-19. This hotel has no idea what cleaning and sanitation is. They need a whole new cleaning staff and manager.

Room was not clean. Carpet had food crumbs and other items, items in frig, used towel on hook in bath. Service desk attendant was helpful, polite and apologetic.
