The room I booked was supposed to have beach access. Our room ended up being on the 4th floor and the closest beach was 15 minutes away. $62.00 for eggs and Turkey bacon was a little ridiculous.

Amazing Sunrise Views and Great Staff

The Koi resort is a great property in St. Kitts. It's a little of the beaten path compared to some of the other major hotels but we loved that! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and food from Jaya Kitchen was good. You can tell the hotel hasn't been opened very long as they have some things to work out still, pool towels weren't readily available everyday, for housekeeping we did not always get two of everything like hand towels, or glasses. The views from the hotel are top notch! Though there is a small beach with water access I will say it's not the nicest on the island. There are tons of debris; seaweed, trash etc. and the water was pretty rough most of the days we stayed. With the views from our 1 king suite room, the amazing staff, and the feeling of being in our own private part of the island we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Koi Resort.

Beautiful views and great staff. However, the pool is too small and there is absolutely no entertainment. My husband and I left the resort daily and had to buy pool passes in order to swim. We also found entertainment elsewhere as the hotel offers none.

Employees do everything they can to satisfy and make you happy,the hotel is very upgraded,clean peaceful and safe. I am sorry but there is nothing negative than I can say about Koi Resort.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Koi Resort. Our room had an unbelievable view and the staff were super helpful and friendly (a big shout out to Kaneisha who was brilliant). The beach is darker sand and less appealing than some, but if you love the sound of crashing waves in your room or sun lounger, then the Koi is for you. Not easy during covid times, but the team made you feel welcome and made sure we loved our time on St Kitts.
