Nice unit. Liked having refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker on the room. Had lots of trouble with the wifi room key.

Dirty.

We checked the pillows and corners of the mattresses, if that gives you an idea of how clean it was. The corners of the room are filled with dust and dirt. Comforters had stains. Sheets had stains. Towels had stains.

Late night booking and check in.

Late night booking and check in. Fast, clean and comfortable. The room was already the perfect temperature. The waffles dor breakfast was a nice change. Definitely will stay again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE filthy, keycard for door wouldn’t work probably & they refused to exchange it. There is no restroom in the lobby and they drag me into a back room that was filthy and didn’t even have soap so therefore their employees do not wash their hands properly. The remote control did not work. Just a horrible place to stay

Convenient location right off the interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic and small but fine. Milk was cold, which was great. Problems with door touch key working but not a huge issue. Good value for stopping for the night while driving across the country.

Sufficient and a convenient place to stop

Sufficiently clean and comfortable though older and could use a little maintenance. Had the basics breakfast which was a plus. Over night manager was pleasant.

Its Okawville, whaddaya expect? Lol

It was nice. Comfy bed, though pretty sure it was a full bed, because I have a queen bed. It was a smoking room, but for some reason, the bed coverings had burn holes. Alas, though, the cost of a smoking room (dunno why people still smoke in bed, lol). It took longer to get the key card to work right, but it was nice and I would return. Would have been nice if I could have used my Fire Stick on the TV, but there were enough Christmas Movies on cable.

Disappointing

The room was dark and many items (draperies, stuffed chair, shelving, etc) were in disrepair. TV cable had no guide. Bed was adequately comfortable and bedding appeared to be clean and fresh. No elevator. I would not stay again if I had another choice.
