Poor front desk

Our experience was average. The guy at the front desk was rude. He was talking to multiple people at the same time. We were not given the Wi-Fi passcode at time of checking. When calling the front desk for it he hung up on us 3 times. The last time when calling he didn’t say anything, then was asked if he could here us and he replied no and hung up. When going to the front desk for the password he replied there it is pointing to the paper.

Older motel not very clean

The toilet seat was loose and had urine around the bowl the sheets did not stay on the mattress breakfast area not clean as well. Girl who checked me in very nice and it did have a great view of the lake.

Excellent stay

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel it is excellent. Trailer parking is the only problem area. The parking lot is small otherwise would highly recommend

Good motel in a pleasant location

Pleasant location with a nice view of the river. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Only issue was satnav kept taking us to wrong location. Recommended.

Wouldn’t stay again

When I checked in the gentleman was polite and kind. I did have to wait a few minutes for them to put pillowcases on the pillows. It was 10:30 pm. Not pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Carpet was dirty and there was a bunch of hair behind the bathroom door. Unfortunately, when you closed the door to use the bathroom you stared at it. Paint was rubbed off the toilet handle and broken switch plates. Overall just not cared for. We were there for about 7 hours only, and didn’t report it. No one was at the front when I checked out to tell. I would have switched hotels but my husband was tired and didn’t want to.

Excellent view of the river, bridge, and sunset. Close, easy access to I-90, but far enough that we couldn't hear the trucks on the Interstate. Bed was very comfortable too. Typical continental breakfast.

Great value at this property. Check-in was simple and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have access to pool and hot tub after a long day on the road. Restaurants being walking distance was a bonus and Mi Pueblo served a delicious Mexican meal.
