Terrible experience

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Floor was filthy because my feet turned black from walking around the room after just taking a shower, bed was uneven and uncomfortable, the only food for the breakfast was toast and waffles with no syrup, both with fruit flies flying around, the staff had language barrier issues to the point that one had to call a manager just to get a simple question answered that the desk attendant couldn’t understand, and I had to follow a different attendant IN TO the laundry room just to get some extra towels. All of this happened on a weekend where the price was jacked up over double because it was a high occupancy weekend. If this review is public, don’t come here under any circumstances, I’d rather sleep outside with a sleeping bag and a small tent in the parking lot for the same amount of money.

Just okay

The first room we were offered had a strong odor of cigarettes, we had to request a different room. Totally unacceptable!!

Disappointed

Not the best quality or service. We weren’t able to get breakfast after 8am, everything was gone except cereal, no milk, coffee and tea. There’s no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and down the hallway. On the first morning there was a guest at the front desk irate about issues with their room and demanding a refund. The following day there were about 6-7 sheriff/police cars at the hotel. I don’t know why but that was very disturbing. The room was ok but they can show a little more attention to cleaning. I wouldn’t choose this property again in the future.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed there. Each time it’s something different. This time the tv didn’t work. It was more of an annoyance. Last time the faucet in the bathroom dripped so loud I couldn’t sleep and the first time the iron was missing from the room and they wanted to charge me.

Worst hotel stay

From the moment we got arrived at the hotel and checked in, it was bad. The key card wouldn’t work properly. The stairs and carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and never seen a vacuum. We got to our room to find stains on the bed, paint peeling around doors and walls with stains. Walked with socks on and when we went to lay down & saw how dirty the floor was from our socks. DISGUSTING!! It was to the point we had to put shoes on all the time to walk around the room because of how dirty the floors were. The toilet in the bathroom was beyond disgusting. They don’t clean around the toilets!!! The window curtains also do not stay closed. If you want a trap house to stay at…this is the place for you! If you want to be safe and have a good nights sleep, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

the bathroom was clean but the roo. ciuld have been a lite cleaner. my husbab picked up some chips and wrappings fro. the floor. we arrived for breakfast at 8:30 and there were very little options. almost no bread.

They didn’t have my reservation. It took like 20 minutes to get my room. The room smelled horrible. No remote for the tv. The toilet made noise all night. I paid a lot of money for a unpleasant stay. Very disappointed.
