Love the location due to spacious & wells lit parking. The motel is very close to shopping & restaurants. Love the clean and spacious lobby, including the pool table! Very good service from the desk reps and the cleaning crew. Our bed was comfortable. Our room (room 213) was clean, except for a very sticky & slimed desk chair and a couch that is in need of a shampooing.

Worst Stay for me personally.

At first everything was going well. Had no issues the first night. Got a room right next to elevator on 2nd floor which at first I thought was good because it meant no long walk to the room. I was wrong, it was worst room to have. I randomly woke up at 6 am, so I was trying my best to go back to sleep. There was about a 2-3 inch gap between door, and floor, so when 7am came around, I could hear a family with noisy kids, and other guests using the elevator for about 2 hrs which rendered me unable tog get any rest because I could hear everyone coming and going. When I finally did get back to sleep around 9am, housekeeping was banging on my door for 5 MINUTES straight up when checkout wasn’t until 11am. I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me to get home, soI was definitely upset about this. I called the front desk to ask for a late check out due to what occurred and left the phone ringing for a minute or 2 and no one picked up. At this point, I just got my stuff ready and decided to leave. I travel quite a bit, at least a trip or 2 every month and this was definitely the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. The staff I did interact with was great, but the overall experience wasn’t.

Fantastic place to stay!

Vacation stay for 2 days. Comfort Suites exceeded our expectations in all ways. Would highly recommend this property!

No sleep

My check in was perfect! The lady at the front desk was very pleasant! We had some rowdy guest that kept us up for 3 hours fighting and slamming doors but the manager made it right for us.

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel pool was unavailabile untill after 3 pm on monday. And the main reason we pick the hotel for the indoor pool. We did have trash under beds and behind couch . And a dirty towel

Everything was excellent except for the breakfast I don’t think they were prepared for that many people and the breakfast was definitely lacking!
