hotel lovely and food very good so overall great. What lets it down is the service in the restaurant. The staff are not friendly no chat or smile. The plates were launched at us. I got the feeling that the restaurant staff were not happy and this was passed onto the clients(maybe this is down to management). The staff in the rest of the hotel were fantastic. The young bar man was very helpful and the cleaners were great

The hotel is lovely, huge but clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. The room was a decent size, with ensuite and the shower was perfect. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and was at a decent time of the day. The hotel is a short drive from Warwick, Warwick Castle , and Kenilworth. It stands in its own grounds, which was nice, but it means driving wherever you want to go.

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff who bent over backwards to help. The breakfast was lovely and the evening meals were fantastic. We would recommend this hotel and will go back again.

Hotel was lovely. If you have issues with stairs don't stay in the older part, no lift. Staff was more than helpful. Restaurant was okay, but a bit over priced. Bar was good. We we're there for Crufts. It was a good location and seemed to be very dog friendly. Would definitely stay there again
