More adult activities , kids need a kid only spot

It was great , but they need more adult activities and they need a pool for adults only , kids were everywhere . Adult pool should only be meant for adults not kids jumping and splashing when adults want to relax. Suggestions- Adult swimming in the pool at night . And some adult activities after 10pm like a karaoke night or nightclub.

Everything good but…

Everything good but…. Place is nice , clean , employees nice specially Octavio at the pool bar . Food is good but just be careful with stuff u leave at the pool ( it was stolen ) I made the report but nothing was found but my cell phone .

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The food is absolutely terrible, and some places have ants in the food. We stayed for 7 days and were allowed to book up to 3 reservations with the restaurants, which is probably for the best since the food is just as terrible there as it is at the buffet. Furthermore, not all the restaurants were available to reserve. Overall, try to eat outside the property. Hopefully the beach will be cleaner if you do decide to go here. Otherwise you’ll be smelling rotten eggs the whole time because of the seaweed. And last but not least, hope your AC doesn’t break, because ours did 3 times. And they will try their best to convince you that it does in fact work even when the temperature won’t drop. On a positive note, they have several forms of entertainments. Their team of entertainers clearly work tirelessly. The manager (Jorge) is very accommodating.

This was our 13th vacation in Mexico, we are not superstitious, but the number 13 works. This was the worst hotel we have stayed in. The hotel and housing block is very old and in need of refurbishment, everything is shabby, cracked, dirty, rusty, and falling apart. As soon as we arrived, no one offered us even water to drink, in other hotels they offer a glass of champagne. After check-in, we had to drag our suitcases to our room ourselves. The door cards didn't work and I had to go back to the receptionist twice to have them reprogrammed. Only the third time the door opened. The room turned out to be small, gloomy, not cozy, and the design, the interior of the beds resembled a cemetery. It remains only to glue the tablets at the top, at the head of the head (buried here). We immediately noticed that everything is old, the bathroom is very small, not comfortable, the washbasin is located at chest level, which makes it very uncomfortable to wash your face and brush your teeth. The toilet seat lid constantly falls on your back when you sit on the toilet, everything is dirty in the shower glass, and everything is covered with black mold underneath. The mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable, hard, the springs press on the sides, it was bad to sleep. Although it was the third floor, the room smelled of mold and dampness. En si la propiedad es buena, lo único malo es que el personal no es nada amable, todos andan súper apresurados, y toda la semana comiendo lo mismo del bufete que no es muy bueno. Desde mi primer día ahí, no logre un espacio en otro restaurante para comer algo diferente. Le mencioné esto al concierge y me ignoró. Yo no lo recomiendo a mis amigos!

We were a group of 10 adults that visited this resort in April. The check-in process took longer than expected and they had to see my Expedia email confirmation. We have 4 people in our room but only got 2 key cards but did get 4 towel cards. The property is in need of some updating but clean and the staff was great. Our shower drain was so slow that toward the end of your shower you were ankle deep in water. We were there during peak season, not recommended as they were a lot of people and many of the clientele were rude and cut the lines, even saw some touching food and putting it back. We had a hard time getting a reservation to the restaurants and was only able to get for one night so was forced to eat at the buffet. One night one of the restaurants was booked for a private party, how is that fair to the rest of the paying guests? The reservation system is ridiculous as you can only book a reservation if you have a room number. The other member of our party arrived before us and was unable to book at any of the restaurants because we were arriving later in the evening. The food at the buffet was mediocre and was repeated many nights. The beach was great with plenty of place to sit and shade. Plenty of excursions to choose from and was reasonable priced. Visited the spa and got a great massage. The night time entertainment was a DJ and was not at all impressed. He played the same “English” songs twice a night and repeated those same songs during the week. Will not return.
