Place was super clean and nice very upscale for the location. Not much parking close to the building fills up quickly but I really a nice place to stay

Rooms are very nice, beds are super comfortable, and the staff is amazing...

Hotel is nice. Brand new. Location is behind a shopping mall but isolated enough. Hotel room had no hot water on top floor though. Probably because it just opened and hasn't balanced yet.

Nice brand new hotel. Well designed, comfortable bed and an excellent TV. The pool is very small, the free breakfast has limited choices and in my case, there was no hot water for the shower.

I liked the newness, the modern style, the friendly staff, the comfy bed, the excellent coffee, the nice swimming pool. Very inviting and very clean.

We loved our stay at the Element hotel. It was impeccably clean, awesome and attentive staff, and terrific shopping— all right there in walking distance. I want to give a big recognition to Liz as well who checked us in at the hotel when we arrived. She was so kind and nice, and could see that my kids and I were tired (and stressed). She went out of her way to make us feel at home and taken care of. And THAT you don’t see every day. It made all the difference. Thank you Liz!

We love the area of the hotel more than the room itself. I thought it would be better more spacious. Its a nice hotel so we wanted to love it but couldn't. Only 1 mirror and no oven and only 2 burners. I was told at check in non of the room have oven. But i saw pictures showing a full stove with oven. We went to take the kids to the pool and after 30 mins worker came in to tell us 2 families are waiting to go into pool. I wish i was told about the time limit when we checked in or on website. But over not too bad. Just wish our 1 bedroom was more space. When u open up sofa bed to as you going to knock down the tv. They didn't really think about how comfortable it would be got guest when they designed the room. Its 4 of us so it wss not as comfy as i imagined.
