A few irritating things but overall very good hotel/food/staff

Everything was wonderful except 2 things. The service and food quality in the main dining room were awful. We asked for water and coffee and 3 people ignored us. I realize it’s a buffet but breakfast was awful. The beds in the room were so hard. Again it’s a European bathing to have rock hard mattresses, but maybe offer a pillow top or something. All the bartenders were amazing. The poolside restaurant staff was A+. And the fine dining staff were fabulous!

Good hotel, amazing location

It’s was a amazing vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and varied. I recommend taking a room with sea view. We take the all inclusive route and we get all day drinks and food.

At most 4* - would not come back

This is not a 5* property, at most 4* You can see savings especially in F&B, the food is just plain bad, no room service, pool bar snack OK for lunch, the buffet selection in a main restaurant was bad, everyday the same day. 5 course meal that you can use only once during your stay was terrible, cold, prepared in advance and served, nothing special apart from the view and service. At check in was given a room with one bed when booked with two separate ones, I have sent two emails to hotel requesting taxi service from airport and to confirm that we have two beds as I was traveling with my mother. No reply, this property has no rooms with two beds. Overall apart from staff, Vasilii, and housekeeping this was for me a miss, would not be back or recommend.

Perfect holiday

Perfect place for friends and family holiday. Good solution to explore island, to do sea activities and stay safety. Very delycatious food, comfortable rooms with amazing sea view. Thanks a lot to the manager - he gave us free checking out at the last day and we back home full of joy and nice memories.

Perfect choice

The place is amazing, hotel has a very good opportunities for well relax , good water activities, very delicios food and compfortable rooms with great sea view. It was a perfect experience and luck to choice this hotel for our holiday. We enjoy of our holiday. Special thanking for the Manager.

Gets Most of the Important Things Right

Overall a very good stay. Pluses were excellent air con and water pressure, super clean, lovely location, lovely staff. Minuses were not a 5 star bed just two mattresses pushed together. The biggest down for us was that it caters almost exclusively to half board and there is nowhere to get casual food on site in the evening, just “fine dining” which is on the lovely roof terrace but the food is lacklustre. The saving grace are the three tavernas within walking distance. Needs to sell 0 alcohol beer! All the tavernas do and they are excellent. The gym does not have air con which is tough in 35C.

We had an amazing stay at Kairaba Mythos. The hotel itself is new, and really nice. The rooms are very spacious and cosy. Do yourself a favor and get beachview, the view is something else. The beach is very nice and relaxing. The food is really good, the dinner might be the best I have had in a hotel in Greece. The best asset that this hotel however has is the staff. All of them are amazing professionals, and really make the stay unforgettable.

Felt very safe. Staff a credit to the hotel

Had one or two minor problems which were sorted out immediately. Asked for a different room which there should have been a charge for but wasnt. Staff extremely pleasant, food very good with plenty of choice, good social distancing and cleanliness
